I do like front controls design is good Bottom spray pinwheel broke already- dishwasher is only 6 months old! It is made with a very tiny piece of plastic holding it all together. It was repaired under warranty but this makes me question quality of the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 22 year old dishwasher that my wife rarely used because it didn’t clean the dishes well was noisy and she always anticipated that it would finally break down. Since I installed our new LG we have used it everyday, first time we have ever used a dishwasher on a regular basis. The top rack works great for thongs and large utensils. This has become our favorite appliance. Thanks team LG for a great product.

It’s been a week since installed and it’s a great buy so far. It is a super quiet dishwasher. Like you don’t even hear it running at all. Not crazy about the touch buttons, which really aren’t buttons at all. It’s more of a sensor and you have to hold your finger there for a second or two before it registers. If it were an actual button, you could just press it real quick and be done with it but I guess that’s a part of the modern look and design. The digital countdown is a nice feature. So far so good on the cleaning. The reason for the 4 star and not 5 is the biggest flaw - the black cover at the bottom. With a white dishwasher, it should be white to seamlessly go with the face and blend with the cabinets. Instead, the black cover at the bottom sticks out and looks unfinished. Hopefully, this is something LG can fix for future white washers!

The bottom rack slides on rollers with too much of a gap that the rack comes off the rail and if it's full of dishes it is more difficult to get back on. If the rollers were 1/4 inch outward on both sides I think that might help keep the rack on.

The pins are well laid out and the unit holds our dishes well Only complaint is that the controls aren’t intuitive- I needed to pull the manual to figure out how to select the wash cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased and installed in September 2021. Very impressed at how quiet it runs, and how easy it is to use. Several cycles, instructions very easy to understand as well. Dishes have been very clean, no noted residue after washings either. LOVE the top 3rd rack for items that will fit there. We purchased this to replace one that quit working, and needed white, so considered it since it was in-stock.

Honest...hmm. here we go. Top 3rd rack is a waste and removed. Too small and in the way. Middle, now top rack has the baby bottles tasting like soap at times. Doing a second rinse to fix that. Bottom rack poorly designed. When you pull it out it falls off the track. 2 months in and a wheel popped off. Tech came over for above issues. This energy/water saving device is a pain in the butt. 2.5 hrs to wash a load because we were educated that it washes a rack at a time instead the entire wash. So I can see how the soap is being left behind, splashed up on bottles and glasses. Unfortunately once you buy an appliance, your stuck. Not like you can try it on at the store.... the old dishwashers were so much better. Wish I had mine fixed instead.

And the second rack can be adjusted if you have taller items some of the time. Who would have thought how wonderful that feature would be! It is so quiet (compared to my old one) that I have been know to put my ear to it to make sure it is running ( with my old one, you were never sure!).
