[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I changed my preferred brand to LG recently, and bought this dish washer. Did not expect the performance to be great for its price. But it is great for such price. Its quiet. Some ppl complained about the door is not locked when its in operation. It is not that easy for a kid to open it. I am very happy with the purchase. 3 racks, very convenient.

We have had for six weeks. On the upside it is very quiet and dishes come out clean. Even with the control set to "lo" it seems to use a lot of rinse aid. The top (shallow) 3rd rack is too short to accommodate long BBQ utensils. Dishes in the top two racks do not get dry and there is always water on the back of the door. We have tried the settings in the manual for the most dry results and it has not helped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have four other LG products and they have all been good products and for the ones I have to work on they are simple enough to do.This dishwasher had all the features that were new and got our interest. The install was a little tricky - but that is the way it is for dishwashers. I cut my hand s working on the electric box as everything is basically on the floor. This was a replacement... . The hose to the main water supply needed to be replace do (original copper) with a new dishwasher hose which is flexible and will adjust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace my old LG dishwasher (Not sure how old because it was in the house when I bought it). I really liked my old one, so I decided to go with LG again. I like a lot of the features on this dishwasher, but my favorite so far is the night dry feature that allows some of the moisture to vent during the night so that your dishes actually dry overnight with the door closed. You will still have some moisture on the tops of cups and a little in the creases of plastic lids, but it is a lot better than I have seen in other dishwashers. The third rack is okay. It is really only useful for flat items. I only have one spatula that will fit; all of the others need to go on the middle rack. There are other dishwashers that have deeper third racks, but then you are losing middle rack space. For large knives it is great. I have tried plastic lids up there as well, but since they have to lie flat, they don't dry at all on the third rack. The TagOn app feature is a gimmick. I think if I understood the use case of the additional cycles, it would be better, but their descriptions are lacking. I think for most people the standard cycles will work. Overall though, I don't think you can go wrong with this dishwasher. It does clean the dishes well and with the night dry feature, the dishes dry well too.

I am very happy with the performance of my new dishwasher. It’s a bit smaller than my previous one, but is very effective cleaning my dishes. I have a microwave bacon tray that I use, and have not been able to get the grid thoroughly clean - until now. The first time I washed it, it was as if it was new. The rest of the dish load is equally clean. Glasses are clear and sparkling. I also like the upper rack for utensils, and the option of a higher or lower second rack. Thanks for a great product!!

It is getting great use from visiting family members (w/lots of kids) and our special guests. Efficiency, excellent cleaning power, ease of use, low sound and intuitive loading were very important to me --in addition to a stainless steel tub. We've enjoyed other LG products in our main house, and I am confident we'll get years of rave reviews from the family and friends who visit.

I'm so happy with my new LG dishwasher! The quality is so much better than my old one. This is my first LG purchase. I will definately be looking for LG appliances in the future. I love the top tray for silverware. It cleans everything really well and is super quiet. My favorite feature is the countdown display. That's really cool. Thanks LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a good job getting the dishes clean, though sometimes items on the small rack at the top do not gat as clean as expected. Our old dishwasher (Kitchenaid which stopped working after 6 years) had more insulation and was quite a bit quieter, though it was rated at 46dB while this new one is rated at 48dB. The LGs insulation is quite a bit thinner. In any event, we're happy with the dishwasher features for the price and would purchase again.

I replaced my dishwasher about 3 weeks ago with this new LG. This look is great. Very easy to use. I like the display showing the remaining time to completion and the "END" of the cycle when it is done. It's not as quiet as our previous model, but it's okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash cycle time is much too long (2+ hours) unless you select turbo. The top rack for glasses is not deep enough to accommodate taller glasses. My older (15 years) dishwasher had a section in the top rack for taller glasses. I thought that was a standard to allow for all heights of glasses. The button panel is sensitive to the touch so need not rube against the dishwasher selection panel.
