[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher is great! Lots of bells and whistles for an excellent price! It's pleasing to the eye and was easy to install. I have several LG products and have never been disappointed by the quality and performance.

When it works, it's great, but it stops short of completing cycle and leaves water standing in the bottom. It will also just start flickering the time remaining really fast and the only option is to open the machine until it decide to slow down to the normal flashing speed and the machine again and hope it continues the cycle without doing it again. Just had the control panel replaced 6 days ago and it is still doing the same thing. So at this point, can't say I am a very happy camper.

He then went on to say the unit was fine after the company who installed it previously came back & said it was defective. A ploy to con people out of cash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a couple of years ago and right after the warranty ran out, the motor burned out and nearly burned down our kitchen. I love LG products- we have a fridge, washer, dryer, and other smaller items by LG. But this dishwasher is apparently problematic, at least according to the fire fighters who had to visit. It was very quiet and cleaned dishes efficiently up until that time, though.

I don’t even have to rinse my dishes anymore. All the food comes off and the third show is good to have for my delicate items, you guys did a great job designing this Dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this dishwasher. Compared to the one I had to replace, after many years of good service, this one is unacceptable. The dishes do not dry well and the racks are designed in a way that really limits the way you can load dishes. There is no accessory to safely wash stemware in the top rack, and the bottom rack has only 4 rows of tines, compared to my previous dishwasher that had 7 rows, allowing for placement of all shapes and sizes of plates, bowl, etc. I plan to return it for a refund.

Pros: -3rd rack is very handy -Cleans well -Loved the feet leveling adjustment -Can download a custom cycle to best fit your needs Cons: -Doesn't dry great without rinse aid or other aftermarket additive. But with it gets 98% of the dishes very dry. -I've found uncleaned dishes a few times. Possibly from my loading location and angles. -Lower rack has very wide gaps between tines and also the floor of the rack. This means for dinner plates they don't easily stay upright. They can tip quite a bit which isn't ideal. This is probably the worst part. The bottom of the lower rack has gaps that can allow a more square plate to fall down into it leaving a corner potentially impacting the lower sprayer. It's less than a month old so I'm still getting used to it and figuring out the best configuration to stop these issues I've had. Overall I would recommend this product. I bought this dishwasher 3 weeks ago. The bottom rack is not very sturdy. You have to pull it out gently or it jumps off the track. Starting the dishwasher takes pushing 3 buttons at the right sequence or it will not start. This has to be done within 4 seconds or the dishwasher will not start. The display panel is very hard to read. At the end of the wash cycle the dishwasher chimes to let you know the wash is done. This is very annoying. This feature can be turned off for each load, but again, it is a series of buttons to push at the same time. There were no provisions made for securing the dishwasher on the sides of the dishwasher. We could not use the brackets supplied for top installation as we have a granite counter top.

Easy install. really liked the tilt (front/back) adjustment at front of dishwasher. doesn't require the 3/4 adaptor that other brands do. Dishes come out spotless and dry. It does not have a heater (for drying). so two things 1) it requires rinse aid. (not a big deal). 2) it requires hot water. This might seem obvious but if your house takes minutes to get hot water from tap then it may effect your drying cycle... Third rack is great. we don't use the utensil box at all (just the third rack). Really like ability to adjust the trays (lowering some of the fingers for different dishes). The different cycles are nice, the phone app extras are limited (only 4). The Rinse feature is handy as well, after you clean up the kitchen but the dishwasher isn't full you can do a rinse. Just helps prevent anything sticking to the dishes and not coming off when you run a full load the next day. Keep the manual so that you can navigate the menus. Hopefully this lasts years without issues. seen a bunch of reviews of the control panels failing (figures crossed).
