I received this dishwasher under a week ago and I’m so disappointed normally does it not dry but it is extremely loud doesn’t clean very well and doesn’t fit the same spot. My old dishwasher fit in. I went to my orders to try and start a return because Sam’s Club usually has a great return policy, but unfortunately this is an item that is not returnable so buyers be very leery when purchasing this. It is not a normal quality LG product. I’m a tired mom of three and should have done a lot more research before buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly disappointed in LG dishwasher # 2. The dishwasher looks cheap. There is NO logo on the front of the dishwasher as shown in the picture. The front looks generic. The most important requirement was that it be quiet. The noise level is not 45 decibels. It sounds nothing like dishwasher #2. I can hear it running upstairs. I hate I didn't have them come and get it. It does not do a good job of drying either.

I purchased this dishwasher along with a Microwave, Stove and Fridge. I must say that there are several occasions that the dishes do not come out clean. at first I thought it could be the detergent but after 3 different brands it is the same. I also find that the gaps in the lower rack are so large that square plates rotate. This could be blocking the lower spray bar. Occasionally it also smells very bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be more disappointed in this dishwasher, have had it for 3 months and every time you open the door since new it has an awful smell inside weather it has dishes or not and now has no power at all. Checked the breaker and all the wiring to the unit and still nothing, power to it but will not turn on.

This dishwasher is much quieter than the 15 year old GE we recently replaced. The manual had good tips for hot to load and use the features for maximum cleaning and drying. There is a night time dry feature that removes the humid air when the cycle finishes if leaving it overnight so the dishes are drier. We still always have some moisture left, particularly on plastics. The three racks are nice, and the middle is adjustable up/down. Removed a star for the install, they dropped a tool on the dishwasher door that they had opened and the tool left a dent. It didn’t impact the function at all, but just know that the inside stainless steel will dent easily. Also the installers did not center it in the opening well, leaving a slight gap to the side. I asked if they could center it but they said no. Just be sure to watch when they install, make sure it is level and centered- ours was not. Overall it was a very competitive price that included the delivery, install, and haul away of the old appliance so we are happy. Will update if the washer’s performance changes, right now it cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit washes dishes very well. Cycle time is a bit longer than I would hope but it is what it is. Unfortunately the unit keeps turning on anytime you walk by or brush the front control panel. There does not seem to be a fix available for these extra sensitive control panels. Therefore, I’m not sure how long, this unit will last.

I bought thus last fall and it's ok, it doesn't dry! Dried all ideas in manual and on line, always have to dry glasses and coffee cups. I guess to get the energy star rating they left out the electric drying ring. Everything I read said it dried fine, Not! It's not that quit and it cleans ok if you use cascade platinum. My 12 yr old dishwasher did everything better, you would think a new dishwasher would be better. Very disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because I heard it was very good at against stuck on food and I have seen that. This is so true. I don’t even have to rinse my dishes anymore. All the food comes off and the third show is good to have for my delicate items, you guys did a great job designing this Dishwasher.

Usually love LG products but don’t buy this dishwasher! Purchased this dishwasher in April 2023. The first problem is the rollers on the bottom rack—half of the time it falls off of the track and it is hard to get in and out. The design of the bottom rack doesn’t seem very logical and it is hard to organize dishes with an extra space where dishes fall through—almost like it’s missing a row of prongs to hold plates. I don’t love how the top rack loads either. The dishwasher also does not dry well, even though we use the extra dry cycle that takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes. We still have to hand dry several of dishes. The dishwasher turns on easily even if you just brush up against the Power button when you’re not meaning to turn it on. Does it wash the dishes—yes, but if you have another option, I would choose the other option if I had to do it over. Definitely would not buy again and would NOT recommend to others either!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this dishwasher.

There is a lot of room for cutlery so I always have clean forks when I need them. It’s smudge-proof so the stainless steel always looks clean. I highly recommend recommend.
