[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The love the aesthetics and overall function but it seems to have an excessive amount of water build up at the end of a cycle. I know some water is expected on the side walls of the product but the top tray has droplets that hang from it and there is not enough tilt in the trays to get the water off the top of my mugs that have divots in the bottom.

I bought this a month ago. Delivery from sams is a big mess. The people who came said, they cannot install because of the water line. RXO is the worst delivery company. They are are saying Installation is not included in this order, whereas we purchased from sams becuase installation is included. RXO company didnot even touch my old appliance. There was no issue with installation by someone else. After paying too much money for installation, Dishwasher first run completed in 3.5hrs. All the racks are wet. No drying options even with extra dry option. I had to remove third rack from next day onwards because it is plastic and do not dry. I would return it - but, I have already lost a lot of money. Get away from sams appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this dishwasher installed on November 21 and it worked exactly 17 days before breaking down. I’ve had it repaired once the repair did not even last today and I can’t seem to get anybody out here in any expeditious manner. It won’t be until January 3 before someone comes out to look at it which means this dishwasher will be at least 6 to 7 weeks old and I was only able to use it for 17 days

Don't buy this , It won't last 2 years without expensive repairs. The rinse dispenser leaks all the rinse aid out as soon as your pour it in. You have a I think 1 year waranty mine was leaking a little and then leaks it all out right after 2 years. This is a big problem and they know it. I only use it 2 times a week. Don't bother buying any new dishwasher because they're all garbage and we stupid americans keep buying this junk. My old dishwasher lasted 28 years.

I bought this January 16th, 2024. Supposed to be quiet? It's very, very loud. I can hear from back of my house. Quit working 3rd time I used it. No longer works on that setting of 'Normal'. I now use the setting Turbo and while that wash is short, it doesn't get all the food off the dishes.

The basket design sucks! You can't wash red wine glasses. Even smaller white wine glasses are limited to 4. The tine spacing in the lower rack is too large causing the dishes to flop around. The washing capability is fine. I can't recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy I'm am so glad that my first choice (another brand) came damaged and then order this LG model. It has meet and exceeded both my and my wife expectations. Easy to install (I did it my self). Great features and very good instructions. Lots of great operating options. Love the auto functions where it changes washing options based on the level of soiling of the load. Several drying features options makes this a great choice. Even thought wse run it at night, even standing next to it, it is so quiet that the first few times we ran it, I thought it wasn't working. Best choice I could have possible made. And to think it was made by accident!

I brought this dishwasher through Sam’s Club, delivered with dent . LG offered discount and damage was very visible so I wanted it replaced. Both Sams and LG have refused to replace it. Further LG dishwasher quality is poor, I would not recommend to anyone, you’re wasting your money

I enjoy the quiet cycles and the way everything comes out very clean and dry. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating, is that the bottom tray occasionally comes off the track when moving it out. It is very easy to put it back on the track, but it seems as though it should not do this, especially when it is new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this dishwasher. Compared to the one I had to replace, after many years of good service, this one is unacceptable. The dishes do not dry well and the racks are designed in a way that really limits the way you can load dishes. There is no accessory to safely wash stemware in the top rack, and the bottom rack has only 4 rows of tines, compared to my previous dishwasher that had 7 rows, allowing for placement of all shapes and sizes of plates, bowl, etc. I plan to return it for a refund.
