[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The love the aesthetics and overall function but it seems to have an excessive amount of water build up at the end of a cycle. I know some water is expected on the side walls of the product but the top tray has droplets that hang from it and there is not enough tilt in the trays to get the water off the top of my mugs that have divots in the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great for cleaning dishes. I have owned since Nov 2022. However, it is exhibiting some of the same Control Panel moisture issues that have been a part of some Class Action lawsuits. It seems after an hour of use during a cycle, moisture will creep into the Control Panel board and make it start beeping an blinking. It is easy to take off and let air out and dry (Six screws).

Bought the dishwasher 4 months ago and still have problems with getting the water heated , even after making sure warm water is entering the washer, it shuts off in the middle with error flash. And even if I do not set high temperature, The cycle is very long and it does not dry well. I called twice already and it definitely helps adding the rinse, but I’m somewhat disappointed in the appliance.

Love the dishwasher. Things are clean! Top rack for knives and utensils works great! The dynamic dry works well with less worry about melting plastics. Installation was terrible. No cord came with the dishwasher and even though I had a new cord, the installers didn't know how to connect it. Delivery was careful and old dishwasher was hauled away

Don't buy this , It won't last 2 years without expensive repairs. The rinse dispenser leaks all the rinse aid out as soon as your pour it in. You have a I think 1 year waranty mine was leaking a little and then leaks it all out right after 2 years. This is a big problem and they know it. I only use it 2 times a week. Don't bother buying any new dishwasher because they're all garbage and we stupid americans keep buying this junk. My old dishwasher lasted 28 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this dishwasher installed on November 21 and it worked exactly 17 days before breaking down. I’ve had it repaired once the repair did not even last today and I can’t seem to get anybody out here in any expeditious manner. It won’t be until January 3 before someone comes out to look at it which means this dishwasher will be at least 6 to 7 weeks old and I was only able to use it for 17 days

I always like LG appliances. I had high hope on the quality and warranty service. I bought a bundle of 3 LG appliances this time. But, this dishwasher is a total disappointment to me for its loud washing cycles. I find that it is much noisier than I expect as if there is no muffling device to reduce the water splashing noise! Ugh!!

Usually love LG products but don’t buy this dishwasher! Purchased this dishwasher in April 2023. The first problem is the rollers on the bottom rack—half of the time it falls off of the track and it is hard to get in and out. The design of the bottom rack doesn’t seem very logical and it is hard to organize dishes with an extra space where dishes fall through—almost like it’s missing a row of prongs to hold plates. I don’t love how the top rack loads either. The dishwasher also does not dry well, even though we use the extra dry cycle that takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes. We still have to hand dry several of dishes. The dishwasher turns on easily even if you just brush up against the Power button when you’re not meaning to turn it on. Does it wash the dishes—yes, but if you have another option, I would choose the other option if I had to do it over. Definitely would not buy again and would NOT recommend to others either!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We liked this dishwasher because it has the features we wanted. We especially like the adjustable middle rack. We also like the third rack feature. It is quiet and has cleaned some dishes that I thought could not be cleaned in the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher was so noisy that we purposely ran it on a delay when we went to work and school. We figured we would do a load with this new dishwasher when we were home and it was so quiet that we kept checking to see if it was actually running. The top rack feature is great. The only problem is getting used to it. We have sometimes unloaded the dishwasher and forgot we had items on the top rack and they were washed again. Oh, well, we will eventually adjust. So far we love the unit.
