[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We liked this dishwasher because it has the features we wanted. We especially like the adjustable middle rack. We also like the third rack feature. It is quiet and has cleaned some dishes that I thought could not be cleaned in the dishwasher.

I've had this dishwasher for 3 months now and couldn't be happier! The 3rd rack for silverware and big utensils is great! You don't even need the silverware basket on the bottom, so when you remove that you get more room! All dishes come out clean and totally dry, including the inside of the dishwasher. It is also s super quiet! So happy I got this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the noisiest dishwashers we ever had, my husband can’t stand this, but we can’t change it now. Also, last night, it was not finished the cycle, and stopped. Don’t know why…. Didn’t drain the water, never finished the complete cycle. Checked drain- clear. Happens again, going to call for service. Not even a year old.

Bottom rack falls off track when loading/unloading. configuration terrible..not able to load efficiently or completely. Shelf adjustable but reduces capacity for one shelf or the other. Leaves dishes wet even when extra drying function used. Only redeeming quality is that it’s very quiet. Terrible quality for the cost.

This dishwasher is much quieter than the 15 year old GE we recently replaced. The manual had good tips for hot to load and use the features for maximum cleaning and drying. There is a night time dry feature that removes the humid air when the cycle finishes if leaving it overnight so the dishes are drier. We still always have some moisture left, particularly on plastics. The three racks are nice, and the middle is adjustable up/down. Removed a star for the install, they dropped a tool on the dishwasher door that they had opened and the tool left a dent. It didn’t impact the function at all, but just know that the inside stainless steel will dent easily. Also the installers did not center it in the opening well, leaving a slight gap to the side. I asked if they could center it but they said no. Just be sure to watch when they install, make sure it is level and centered- ours was not. Overall it was a very competitive price that included the delivery, install, and haul away of the old appliance so we are happy. Will update if the washer’s performance changes, right now it cleans very well.

Usually love LG products but don’t buy this dishwasher! Purchased this dishwasher in April 2023. The first problem is the rollers on the bottom rack—half of the time it falls off of the track and it is hard to get in and out. The design of the bottom rack doesn’t seem very logical and it is hard to organize dishes with an extra space where dishes fall through—almost like it’s missing a row of prongs to hold plates. I don’t love how the top rack loads either. The dishwasher also does not dry well, even though we use the extra dry cycle that takes 3 hours to wash and dry the dishes. We still have to hand dry several of dishes. The dishwasher turns on easily even if you just brush up against the Power button when you’re not meaning to turn it on. Does it wash the dishes—yes, but if you have another option, I would choose the other option if I had to do it over. Definitely would not buy again and would NOT recommend to others either!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED with this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a LG dishwasher for our new modern kitchen, this will be our last kitchen to plan and construct. We downsized to a smaller one story home that had a kitchen that was built in 1955. The old kitchen had to go, We went to the local big box store and purchased a range, frig, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the LG appliances are very futuristic modern and fit the design of our new kitchen. Like they say "Happy wife, happy life" and she is very happy with all her LG appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all our other appliances which are LG they get the job done. Every appliance we have besides our gas stove is LG. We haven't had any troubles with them for over 15 years. The over the stove microwave is about 5 years old after another name brand gave out in 2 years. This dishwasher get our pots and pans clean without pre-washing. The dishes are the same way. I really didn't think the 3rd top rack made any difference. It cleans our long utensils like they where on the bottom rack. We really enjoy watching tv without all the noise from the dishwasher. It runs very quite. The direct drive motor is the same as are wash machine. LG appliances last and that's why we buy them. I installed this dishwasher without buying a single part. It uses the standard dishwasher hook ups. That saves time and money. Easy to install. We got a great price with all the discounts. Buy LG because they get the gob done and they last for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher and all of the kitchen appliances as an upgrade to our home. My wife loves the fact that it's finger proof so no more smudges. It's quiet and the dishes doesn't require to prewash.

We have had this machine for 5 months and the front panel power button is too sensitive! If you are running a cycle and accidentally brush up against the button it will power off the dishwasher mid-cycle. Then when you turn it back on, it will not remember where you left off and you will have to run the entire cycle again. If you have children who like to touch buttons, guess what, the child-lock feature works for all the other buttons except the Power button. So even if you engage the child lock you can still turn off the machine mid-cycle. We have cabinets above our dishwasher and it has happened more than we can count when reaching for plates/cups, etc and you accidentally brush up against the power button. I scoured the web looking for solutions...nothing to be found. You're stuck with a brand new machine nobody wants to go near for fear of turning it on/off. Find another model without front facing buttons!!!
