[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly disappointed in LG dishwasher # 2. The dishwasher looks cheap. There is NO logo on the front of the dishwasher as shown in the picture. The front looks generic. The most important requirement was that it be quiet. The noise level is not 45 decibels. It sounds nothing like dishwasher #2. I can hear it running upstairs. I hate I didn't have them come and get it. It does not do a good job of drying either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did much research before placing my order. I needed a shorter than standard to fit under my countertop since installing a tile floor. I also wanted QUIET. This unit is beautifully quiet, I can run it while we go to bed. My only complaint is the digital keypad is hard to read until you hit the power button. I need a flashlight to see what I'm doing to get started. I wish there was a way to turn on the digital lights with a switch. Otherwise, it's been GREAT and the sleek design is attractive.

Brand new dishwasher, have used it 3 times, Overal the cleaning is great, however I can't get it to dry the dishes, I have made sure each time I have pressed the extra dry button, there is tons of water running down the door, dishes wet, to put them away I have to towel dry them. Can't seem to find a answer to this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could not be more disappointed in this dishwasher, have had it for 3 months and every time you open the door since new it has an awful smell inside weather it has dishes or not and now has no power at all. Checked the breaker and all the wiring to the unit and still nothing, power to it but will not turn on.

The bottom rack doesn't fit properly so when extending to fill, it falls off the "track"...can you not make a rack that slides in and out easily? Bowls do not fit well within the pegs at all. AND the dishwasher just doesn't clean well. It started to smell inside on the very first load. It is, however, very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great for cleaning dishes. I have owned since Nov 2022. However, it is exhibiting some of the same Control Panel moisture issues that have been a part of some Class Action lawsuits. It seems after an hour of use during a cycle, moisture will creep into the Control Panel board and make it start beeping an blinking. It is easy to take off and let air out and dry (Six screws).

I bought my dishwasher about a month ago. Love the way it loads. It has plenty of room for my dishes, cups , glasses and siverware.Cleans all the items completely. It.goes with my kitchen decor perfectly and it’s very simple to use in addition to being very quiet.

Worst. Splurged on the whole package (dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and French drawer refrigerator with a drawer) brand new - the nicest thing I can say is the refrigerator still works (but it barely makes ice, and don't get me started on the "Craft Ice" feature we paid a premium for). Almost immediately 3 of the 4 the LCD displays start to flicker - annoying - but not a huge deal. But, then - the stove started throwing an F9 error and would not heat. The gas stove can't self-light half the time - but, hey, I have matches, right? But the worst is the dishwasher. The cycles are STUPID long and don't clean dishes well even though they go in already clean - just in need of being "sterilized." But - within a year - every other week or so - it does not finish the almost 4-hour cycle and the dishes are wet, covered in tiny particles, and 1.5" of standing water in the bottom. The solution - it turns out - is to unplug it, drain the water (super fun!), tilt the whole thing forward and wait three days for it to dry out. Of course - by design - it only happens when the diswasher is full of dirty dishes. LG appliances - never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LDFN4542B Dishwasher - This is my first new dishwasher purchase and I'm please so far. Pros: -3rd rack is very handy -Cleans well -Loved the feet leveling adjustment -Can download a custom cycle to best fit your needs Cons: -Doesn't dry great without rinse aid or other aftermarket additive. But with it gets 98% of the dishes very dry. -I've found uncleaned dishes a few times. Possibly from my loading location and angles. -Lower rack has very wide gaps between tines and also the floor of the rack. This means for dinner plates they don't easily stay upright. They can tip quite a bit which isn't ideal. This is probably the worst part. The bottom of the lower rack has gaps that can allow a more square plate to fall down into it leaving a corner potentially impacting the lower sprayer. It's less than a month old so I'm still getting used to it and figuring out the best configuration to stop these issues I've had. Overall I would recommend this product.
