Disappointed
I just purchased this dishwasher and wish I would have kept the one I had that was 15 years old. This dishwasher takes several hours to wash a load. Also, dishes come out extremely wet, not to mention, what about mold growing inside if everything remains wet. My older washer ran a complete load in 48 minutes, plus dishes came out very dry and hot. No water was left inside my older dishwasher.

Stinky from out of the box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher smelled from the timebit was taken out of the box! I gave it the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was the "new" smell from the insulation. But a year later, still the same horrible smell even right after washing the dishes. .it will not dry them all the way either. I use the rinse aid, continuallysanitize the tub but it still stinks. As soon as it's done washing, I have to keep the door propped open all the time. I HATE this dishwasher. My old one didn't do this. I would have been better off to keep mopping water off my floor from the water leak

Poorly designed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this dishwasher. Compared to the one I had to replace, after many years of good service, this one is unacceptable. The dishes do not dry well and the racks are designed in a way that really limits the way you can load dishes. There is no accessory to safely wash stemware in the top rack, and the bottom rack has only 4 rows of tines, compared to my previous dishwasher that had 7 rows, allowing for placement of all shapes and sizes of plates, bowl, etc. I plan to return it for a refund.
Thank you for taking the time to review our product. Your feedback is especially important to us and your concerns will be shared with our marketing and product teams. We hate to hear that your unit did not meet your expectations and/or needs. Please be mindful that it is recommended to use a liquid rinse aid improves drying performance by allowing water to drain off of dishes after final rinse. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes
I bought this two months ago and I am very disappointed with it. I have tried to load it in several different ways and regardless of how the dishes are situated, I have to wash some of them by hand after they have been through the cycle. I have now taken to pre-washing them which really defeats the purpose of have a dishwasher. It looks nice and shiny in the kitchen but it is a waste of money.
not good for wine glasses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the dishwash for a couple of weeks. The operation and cleaning are great BUT it is difficult to was wine glasses. The is no way to position them to prevent them from clanking together. Also the drying doesn't seem to dry the glasses without some kind of streaking.

Design flaws
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works, and it's quiet. It's nice-looking. Those are the "pros." The cons are in the design. The Power and Start buttons are charcoal gray with black lettering and no back-lighting. Consequently, you can't read them without bending over and looking at them from 12 inches away or less. I can't imagine whose Great Idea it was to display the most important buttons on the dashboard with no contrast so they're essentially illegible. (Note that the image displays a lighter background, and that Power and Start are clearly visible in the picture. The web team created more contrast in the image to pretend that the buttons are readable in real life...) The second problem is in the racks. The upper one is okay, though it's a little short to make room for the knife tray at the very top. The knife tray is a pull-out shelf that allows you to place flat items like knives and spatulas out of the way of the dish racks. That's a very nice feature because I used to lay my knives across the dish rack, and they would frequently fall through, then the handles would melt on the elements on the floor of the appliance. This, by the way, is another pro: the dishwasher has no elements on the bottom to melt things that fall down there during washing. Then, the bottom rack is oddly designed so plates don't stand upright for long, and there are big gaps between the wires at the base of the rack that things fall through. An example would be a wine goblet. Too tall for the upper rack, and when you place it on the lower rack it falls through to the floor of the appliance because of the wide spacing between the wires on the bottom of the rack. It's almost impossible to find a way to line dishes up so they don't all tumble into each other, if you're also including pans, bowls, and other oddly shaped items. They need a 2.0 version with an improved design after testing it with various types and sizes of dishes to observe what happens during a real-life wash..
We want to thank you for providing this feedback and we will be happy to pass this along to our product developers for possible future improvements.^Sandy
Do not buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with product at all! Beautiful appliance but unfortunately I didn't buy it to look good in my kitchen. I thought as another customer buys a dishwasher it would wash my dishes and dry them. It does neither. I won't say all my dishes aren't clean but it's very frustrating to know I have almost a 1/4 to a half sometimes not clean and now everything I use it I'm holding my breath and having to check each dish and utensil. Also I have the same complaint as another review on here as well, it won't dry my dishes either and like her as well I'm always having to open air dry. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I hate giving negative review but wouldn't want anyone to waste their money on an expensive product that does not do what it was made for. I'm really missing my old almost 25 year old dishwasher, it wasn't the prettiest but honestly it still got my dishes alot cleaner and it dried

Not what I expected
The bottom rack doesn't fit properly so when extending to fill, it falls off the "track"...can you not make a rack that slides in and out easily? Bowls do not fit well within the pegs at all. AND the dishwasher just doesn't clean well. It started to smell inside on the very first load. It is, however, very quiet.
