It was easy to install and all is doing the things it should do. My son has no issues and likes the cleanly ness on his dishes. He really like the small item tray at the very top. it is really handy. Time will tell the rest of the story.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all our other appliances which are LG they get the job done. Every appliance we have besides our gas stove is LG. We haven't had any troubles with them for over 15 years. The over the stove microwave is about 5 years old after another name brand gave out in 2 years. This dishwasher get our pots and pans clean without pre-washing. The dishes are the same way. I really didn't think the 3rd top rack made any difference. It cleans our long utensils like they where on the bottom rack. We really enjoy watching tv without all the noise from the dishwasher. It runs very quite. The direct drive motor is the same as are wash machine. LG appliances last and that's why we buy them. I installed this dishwasher without buying a single part. It uses the standard dishwasher hook ups. That saves time and money. Easy to install. We got a great price with all the discounts. Buy LG because they get the gob done and they last for years.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Seems to have it all for a good price. 2 items stick out. 1st wash time. For a Auto Load it's 3 hrs. If you add the Extra Dry, it adds another half hour - yet the inside is still as soaking wet as not using the "Extra Dry" feature. I have to leave the door open for another half hour for it to dry out inside. I read an article that mentioned rust as a byproduct of the condensation. Other than that. It's quiet. If you interrupt the cycle to add something..you do have to hit the start button again instead of it automatically resuming when the door is re closed. If you can handle the wetness issue, it's not a bad dishwasher and has received good reviews which is why I bought it... not sure how you research an issue like this ahead of time......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on May 30, 2021. My dishwasher died. This dishwasher is amazing. Not only does the Black stainless steel exterior not leave fingerprints but the ability to adjust the middle rack to accommodate taller bowls and larger bowls. The only thing I would recommend changing for future models is the third rack could be a bit deeper. Overall I love it and it makes my life so much easier. And, oh, oh so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher worked fine but lg customer service is very lacking ran into impeller issues the cost to repair is half the price of a new dishwasher at the time even if the parts are covered under warranty so buying a new one

When it works, it's great, but it stops short of completing cycle and leaves water standing in the bottom. It will also just start flickering the time remaining really fast and the only option is to open the machine until it decide to slow down to the normal flashing speed and the machine again and hope it continues the cycle without doing it again. Just had the control panel replaced 6 days ago and it is still doing the same thing. So at this point, can't say I am a very happy camper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part is not a bad dishwasher, but there are some issues which are irritating. 1. Doesn't remove tea stains from mugs for spoons. Have to constantly soak them in bleach or scrub them by hand. 2. Can't seem to turn off the finish cycle melody. Having 2 dogs that sleep in the kitchen, this sometimes wakes them up and they bark. The manual says press the half load button for 3 seconds, but I've done that and nothing to indicate if it's worked or show if its enabled or disabled. 3. Can't connect to the LG ThinQ app. Have followed the instructions - turned on, press the delay start button for 3 seconds, then search for the device in the app - after 10 minutes is still searching then times out. Have read that there should be an LG_Dishwasher wifi when the dishwasher is in connecting mode, yet I can't find that as an available SSID to connect to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As another reviewer stated, the bottom rack on this machine does NOT like to stay "on track" when rolling in and out for loading and unloading, as well as it's odd spacing issue which causes square-edged items to fall through and contact the sprayer. The REAL issue, however, is an issue that seems to be common ...circulating pump bearing failure, which causes the dishwasher to sound like you're listening to engine noise from a DC-9's idling jet engines. Mine started about two weeks ago (after purchasing about a year ago) and it's only getting louder. I expect I'll be purchasing a new assembly, but if this one lasts only one year, you can rest assured that I will never buy another LG product....there's no excuse for this in 2024.

Worst. Splurged on the whole package (dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and French drawer refrigerator with a drawer) brand new - the nicest thing I can say is the refrigerator still works (but it barely makes ice, and don't get me started on the "Craft Ice" feature we paid a premium for). Almost immediately 3 of the 4 the LCD displays start to flicker - annoying - but not a huge deal. But, then - the stove started throwing an F9 error and would not heat. The gas stove can't self-light half the time - but, hey, I have matches, right? But the worst is the dishwasher. The cycles are STUPID long and don't clean dishes well even though they go in already clean - just in need of being "sterilized." But - within a year - every other week or so - it does not finish the almost 4-hour cycle and the dishes are wet, covered in tiny particles, and 1.5" of standing water in the bottom. The solution - it turns out - is to unplug it, drain the water (super fun!), tilt the whole thing forward and wait three days for it to dry out. Of course - by design - it only happens when the diswasher is full of dirty dishes. LG appliances - never again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the dishwash for a couple of weeks. The operation and cleaning are great BUT it is difficult to was wine glasses. The is no way to position them to prevent them from clanking together. Also the drying doesn't seem to dry the glasses without some kind of streaking.
