We did not realize how noisy our old one was until we the first time we used this one. Couldn't even tell it was running. It does a great job on dishes. Immediately noticed how much cleaner coffee mugs and glasses were. Great product!

This is, by far the worst dishwasher out there. 1. The bottom rack falls off the track every single time I open it. 2. The glasses put on the middle rack never got clean and I have to wash by hand after. 3. The top rack does not clean anything. I stopped putting silverware up there. 4. We get constant error messages. This was a new dishwasher and it hasn't worked properly since the moment we got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on May 30, 2021. My dishwasher died. This dishwasher is amazing. Not only does the Black stainless steel exterior not leave fingerprints but the ability to adjust the middle rack to accommodate taller bowls and larger bowls. The only thing I would recommend changing for future models is the third rack could be a bit deeper. Overall I love it and it makes my life so much easier. And, oh, oh so quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly disappointed in LG dishwasher # 2. The dishwasher looks cheap. There is NO logo on the front of the dishwasher as shown in the picture. The front looks generic. The most important requirement was that it be quiet. The noise level is not 45 decibels. It sounds nothing like dishwasher #2. I can hear it running upstairs. I hate I didn't have them come and get it. It does not do a good job of drying either.

I bought this dishwasher in June of this year and could not be happier. It's got a sleek, elegant look for my newly remodeled kitchen, and it gets my dishes and glassware spotless. I also love how quiet it is, and the signal it makes when the wash is complete. Thoroughly satisfied!

Bought this as part of a kitchen package after our refridge died and were unable to find a white one. Decided to update to the black stainless steel. This dishwasher replaced a Bosch dishwasher that worked very well. Dishes and silverware are often still dirty after the cycle. We have followed the suggested loading diagrams in the manual with no difference. It doesn't hold as many dishes as the Bosch did. The tine arrangement on the middle shelf doesn't allow our glasses to fit without leaving large gaps. Wish we'd have stuck with the Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did much research before placing my order. I needed a shorter than standard to fit under my countertop since installing a tile floor. I also wanted QUIET. This unit is beautifully quiet, I can run it while we go to bed. My only complaint is the digital keypad is hard to read until you hit the power button. I need a flashlight to see what I'm doing to get started. I wish there was a way to turn on the digital lights with a switch. Otherwise, it's been GREAT and the sleek design is attractive.

We bought this dishwasher about two months ago. It worked well a couple of times but then stopped getting dishes clean. The filter is not clogged, we’ve cleaned it as much as possible. It has never dried well. Using jet dry helped a little but we still have to hand dry most of the dishes after a 3.5 hour run time! We have tried different combinations of liquid detergent, dishwasher pods and jet dry. Nothing works. You basically have to wash your dishes by hand before putting them in the dishwasher. Then you have to rinse them after the ridiculously long run time just to get all the soap off of the dishes. It doesn’t rinse, it doesn’t wash, it doesn’t dry. It basically doesn’t do anything it’s supposed to do! Don’t buy this dishwasher! Spend a little more on a quality product that will actually do what it’s designed to do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stopped working after only 2 years of being operated by a 93 year old woman who lives alone. So hardly abused. Of course out of warranty. Won’t power on. Dead in the water. So, not great. Not good. Really, REALLY bad. Steer clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a couple of years ago and right after the warranty ran out, the motor burned out and nearly burned down our kitchen. I love LG products- we have a fridge, washer, dryer, and other smaller items by LG. But this dishwasher is apparently problematic, at least according to the fire fighters who had to visit. It was very quiet and cleaned dishes efficiently up until that time, though.
