I bought this January 16th, 2024. Supposed to be quiet? It's very, very loud. I can hear from back of my house. Quit working 3rd time I used it. No longer works on that setting of 'Normal'. I now use the setting Turbo and while that wash is short, it doesn't get all the food off the dishes.

The lower rack accommodates a lot of dishes but the tines are so close together that nothing else fits. I like one wider row in the back for cereal bowls, Pyrex, CorningWare and other serving containers. Additionally, dinner plates are loaded in the opposite direction so they slip out of my hands. They should face me. The controls are not user friendly either. Some need to be pushed twice to select the function.

I enjoy the quiet cycles and the way everything comes out very clean and dry. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating, is that the bottom tray occasionally comes off the track when moving it out. It is very easy to put it back on the track, but it seems as though it should not do this, especially when it is new.

I purchased an LG 3 Tier Dishwasher in March 2024 and until Now I thought all Dishwashers were Alike. My NEW LG has 4 Arms at bottom and in Middle and is ABSOLUTELY QUIET ! The Front Controls are Easy to Read and Easy to Use for the Settings you choose. I love that I have it in Black also which makes it easy to clean. When friends or family come over for meals and we load the dishwasher up with Pots, Plates, Glasses, and Silverware and I turn my LG dishwasher on People ask if it is even on and are AMAZED how Quiet it is. They put their Ears to Check to hear if on. So now I have been told that I have them Sold on their Next Dishwasher. Thanks LG for such an EXCELLENT Product that I went out and Purchased a NEW Clothes Washer and Dryer and can't wait for them to be delivered to try them out. I also have an LG Electric Stove which I love. I have been Convinced that I am Now an LG Appliance Customer for Life.

This is, by far the worst dishwasher out there. 1. The bottom rack falls off the track every single time I open it. 2. The glasses put on the middle rack never got clean and I have to wash by hand after. 3. The top rack does not clean anything. I stopped putting silverware up there. 4. We get constant error messages. This was a new dishwasher and it hasn't worked properly since the moment we got it.

I've had this dishwasher for 3 months now and couldn't be happier! The 3rd rack for silverware and big utensils is great! You don't even need the silverware basket on the bottom, so when you remove that you get more room! All dishes come out clean and totally dry, including the inside of the dishwasher. It is also s super quiet! So happy I got this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a LG dishwasher for our new modern kitchen, this will be our last kitchen to plan and construct. We downsized to a smaller one story home that had a kitchen that was built in 1955. The old kitchen had to go, We went to the local big box store and purchased a range, frig, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the LG appliances are very futuristic modern and fit the design of our new kitchen. Like they say "Happy wife, happy life" and she is very happy with all her LG appliances.

I bought this a month ago. Delivery from sams is a big mess. The people who came said, they cannot install because of the water line. RXO is the worst delivery company. They are are saying Installation is not included in this order, whereas we purchased from sams becuase installation is included. RXO company didnot even touch my old appliance. There was no issue with installation by someone else. After paying too much money for installation, Dishwasher first run completed in 3.5hrs. All the racks are wet. No drying options even with extra dry option. I had to remove third rack from next day onwards because it is plastic and do not dry. I would return it - but, I have already lost a lot of money. Get away from sams appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this dishwasher at first I didn't have any rinse aid in dishwasher because i was out and i did my first load and everything was soaked didn't dry at all. So make sure you have the rinse aid before drying now they are completely dry i just love it.
