[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit washes dishes very well. Cycle time is a bit longer than I would hope but it is what it is. Unfortunately the unit keeps turning on anytime you walk by or brush the front control panel. There does not seem to be a fix available for these extra sensitive control panels. Therefore, I’m not sure how long, this unit will last.

Only downside is that not all the silverware comes clean every time and it doesn't say when you need to put more jet dry in there. Other than that, it does work great. Third rack is convenient. You can adjust the second rack as well. I have an open floor plan and it's not too loud.

Bought this as part of a kitchen package after our refridge died and were unable to find a white one. Decided to update to the black stainless steel. This dishwasher replaced a Bosch dishwasher that worked very well. Dishes and silverware are often still dirty after the cycle. We have followed the suggested loading diagrams in the manual with no difference. It doesn't hold as many dishes as the Bosch did. The tine arrangement on the middle shelf doesn't allow our glasses to fit without leaving large gaps. Wish we'd have stuck with the Bosch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with this dishwasher. It’s large so I can have many dishes cleaned quicker. There is a lot of room for cutlery so I always have clean forks when I need them. It’s smudge-proof so the stainless steel always looks clean. I highly recommend recommend.

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. I have to get on my knees to read the front panel and I’m old! I can’t switch it from one setting to another without reading a book on how to do it. If I was to buy another one it certainly would not be this one. It doesn’t dry also, my knives are rusty now because they sat in this dishwasher wet.

I purchased the LG dishwasher which stopped working after 4 months. The warranty department does not care about fixing the problem just replying after more than 1 month that they are still working on finding solutions. We are with 3 little kids at home, working a lot both my husband and myself, and then we need to add dishwashing to our crazy busy day!!!.... Thank you LG!

This dishwasher is awesome! The top rack for flatware is super nice and the flexibility that we have to lower or raise some of the tines on the other two drawers is a very nice added feature. It’s SUPER QUIET too!! Sometimes I can’t even hear it running!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Seems to have it all for a good price. 2 items stick out. 1st wash time. For a Auto Load it's 3 hrs. If you add the Extra Dry, it adds another half hour - yet the inside is still as soaking wet as not using the "Extra Dry" feature. I have to leave the door open for another half hour for it to dry out inside. I read an article that mentioned rust as a byproduct of the condensation. Other than that. It's quiet. If you interrupt the cycle to add something..you do have to hit the start button again instead of it automatically resuming when the door is re closed. If you can handle the wetness issue, it's not a bad dishwasher and has received good reviews which is why I bought it... not sure how you research an issue like this ahead of time......

Dishwasher came this morning, the Sams service to have the old one taken away this one installed was awesome. This thing is 2x quieter than the older one it seems well made and has tons of options and features looks very slick in the kitchen. First batches of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this dishwasher installed on November 21 and it worked exactly 17 days before breaking down. I’ve had it repaired once the repair did not even last today and I can’t seem to get anybody out here in any expeditious manner. It won’t be until January 3 before someone comes out to look at it which means this dishwasher will be at least 6 to 7 weeks old and I was only able to use it for 17 days
