[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this dishwasher for a few weeks, we are mostly happy with it. It cleans well and is very quiet. Our only complaint is that the items on the second rack aren't dried as well as with our previous dishwasher.

The reason for the 4 stars is that the high temperature dry is a issue. Dishes are still a little wet after the cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for a month and a half and love it. I really appreciate the turbo feature. Does a full load of dishes in an hour flat, I understand that the drying is not as effective during the turbo cycle but if I leave the door open for 10-15 minutes it dries pretty well. I also like the night dry option that allows the dishes to sit in washer overnight without being too wet in the morning or afternoon the next day when I have time to empty it. I also feel that the washer uses my dish rinse/dry aid efficiently. I also really like the option of not using the utensil basket and removing it entirely to fit more on the bottom rack. I REALLY like the hidden/discreet utensil drawer on the top of the washer. I can usually fill it up nicely and keeps everything from touching, reducing rust stains on my cutlery!! Highly reccommend.

I ordered this last 11/1/2022 at Lowe's. Delivered Sat 11/12/2022. I personally installed it same day. Guess what, it has a slow leak at the outlet port where the outlet hose meets the plastic housing inserted at the machine sealed with an "O" ring. Did not use it for a while until service personnel came but when they ran the machine it did not leak anymore. Hopefully it stays that way.

It does not have Wi-Fi the racks fold down to easy just not nearly as quality as the last one I had I would not buy this again I would pay for an upgraded better one. And the door came and needed repair just not my favorite. But I will give it 5 stars for cleaning. It cleans perfectly just I don’t care for the racks and how the buttons are the model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash cycle time is much too long (2+ hours) unless you select turbo. The top rack for glasses is not deep enough to accommodate taller glasses. My older (15 years) dishwasher had a section in the top rack for taller glasses. I thought that was a standard to allow for all heights of glasses. The button panel is sensitive to the touch so need not rube against the dishwasher selection panel.

I can't beleive how quiet this dishwasher is! And I love the small shelf at the top for cutlery. It really frees up a lot of space in the bottom section. Also love the fact that the shelves can be adjusted in height giving you all kinds of flexibility depending upon what you have in it that day.

I like my dishwasher, cleans good, quite but its already needed sizable repairs. I've owned my dishwasher about 1 1/2 years. I like the dishwasher but I've had several issues needing repair service. First the control board went back after only a few months amd just after the manufacturers warranty expired, the pump went bad. Fortunately we purchased the extended warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main and second racks of the dishwasher clean well but the third rack isn't good for anything but silverware. Which is fairly useless. One because a utensil tray is also included. Two because the third rack is very inconvenient to use due to needing to place each utensil into individual slots. Also, even though I select the Extra Dry setting the dishes are often still wet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG dishwasher. After a month I've noticed a couple of things. On the plus side, I like the sleekness of it not having a protruding door handle. I like the options of different wash cycles and zones. Overall, I feel it washes the dishes well, and even unrinsed pots and pans, and casserole dishes. On the minus side, because the touch controls are on the front of the door, every time I stand at the counter for food prep, I inadvertently lean against the machine and start a new cycle. I hate that! The interior racks seem flimsy. I removed the silverware basket handle because it was in the way. I wonder when engineers will finally ask for input from people who actually use these products prior to designing them?
