[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this dishwasher. It's very quiet and does a great job washing the dishes. I love the third rack and the adjustable middle rack. There are many setting to choose from but frankly, I just leave it on Auto and let the washer do its thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher three weeks and it taking a while to try out all the extra features. First 2 washes I had issues with the dishes drying, but figured out to keep it on high heat and it has been good so far. The third rack is great to have.You absolutely need to use a rinse aid in this machine. I tried it one time without one and it was a disaster. Read the book for all info. I do like the little music it plays at the beginning and end of the cycle. Looks very sleek and stylish and is perfect in my kitchen.

Washes super great and makes everything nice and clean but only thing it doesn’t do it dry. Tried many different modes and some modes don’t dry at all. Night dry has the fan blow for an extra hour but that still doesn’t completely dry your dishes, wish I would have know before I spent the money I did.

We have had for six weeks. On the upside it is very quiet and dishes come out clean. Even with the control set to "lo" it seems to use a lot of rinse aid. The top (shallow) 3rd rack is too short to accommodate long BBQ utensils. Dishes in the top two racks do not get dry and there is always water on the back of the door. We have tried the settings in the manual for the most dry results and it has not helped.

We moved into a new house in July and found that the dishwasher was on its last leg. I rely a lot on Consumer Reports before making any appliance/electronic purchases and this LG model dishwasher was highly rated. Plus the home had an LG refrigerator which we were impressed with. The dishwasher was installed 08/12/22, so we've been using for 6 weeks now. Everything about it shouts quality including the stainless-steel bottom. I'm very pleased with 3-shelf design and adjustable 2nd shelf, the placement of tines and "stackability" of plates, bowls, platters etc, and the spacious silverware holder. The contents are consistently sparkling clean. I had seen some reviews that others were not happy with the level of drying but I've not had a problem. Yes, there is still some wetness on items with recessed areas where water can pool, but I would never expect such to be bone dry with any dishwasher. Note that I've followed the manufacturer's guide and manual to use a drying agent, plus usually select "high temp" and "extra dry" on the control panel. The manual also suggests running the sink water till it's hot before you begin a wash cycle which aids in drying. The "normal" cycle takes a little over 3 hours, but I typically run at night so it's a non-issue (haven't yet tried any other cycle options). I also saw comments about the bottom tray sometimes coming off the track but learned that loading back to front (logical, right?), plus simply placing my hands in the middle of the rack to push in (rather than leaning over from the sink and pushing from the side) pretty much solved that. Lastly, I saved on the cost by going with the black model rather than stainless steel finish (like the fridge). Design-wise it looks really great, though, not far from my black/SS oven (sorry, not good about attaching photos). All being said, I'd rate this purchase as a truly exceptional value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works great. I love the features, like be able to remove the Cutlery Rack for more room and the being able to relocate the upper rack if you need more room on that rack for larger items.

Honest...hmm. here we go. Top 3rd rack is a waste and removed. Too small and in the way. Middle, now top rack has the baby bottles tasting like soap at times. Doing a second rinse to fix that. Bottom rack poorly designed. When you pull it out it falls off the track. 2 months in and a wheel popped off. Tech came over for above issues. This energy/water saving device is a pain in the butt. 2.5 hrs to wash a load because we were educated that it washes a rack at a time instead the entire wash. So I can see how the soap is being left behind, splashed up on bottles and glasses. Unfortunately once you buy an appliance, your stuck. Not like you can try it on at the store.... the old dishwashers were so much better. Wish I had mine fixed instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only use my dishwasher several times, because I just got it. It’s very quiet, and does a super job cleaning the dishes, but I’ve noticed that the inside of the dishwasher stays wet. I have to leave the door open for it to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought this dishwasher about two weeks ago it’s a little complicated to use you really do need to read the instructions but it’s very quiet and cleans well overall happy with it all my appliances are LG in the kitchen starting with refrigerator stove microwave and a dishwasher

My kitchen is open to my living room and I was looking for a quiet machine without paying a ton of money since I also had to replace my washing machine recently. It’s so quite I can now run the dishwasher and watch TV and not even know it’s running. It also has great features and looks beautiful. Im happy I went with the LG.
