The third row is a nice feature but only a few items are smallest enough to fit on the shelf We are noticed that it cleans very well in general Our only thing that we see needs improvement is how well it dries. No matter the setting there still seems to be a number of items we need to manually dry after each load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolute best features: Really, really quiet - so quiet I thought it was broken the first time I used it - and most user-friendly controls I've ever used. I don't think I can ever go back to one of those top-mounted control schemes for a dishwasher after seeing how well this one's front-mounted version works! Also good features: The third top rack is great not just for silverware, but also for other mostly flat items (tupperware lids, kid's straws, etc.). Overall design of the unit is very clean and modern, looks great with other stainless steel appliances. Odd choices: The song this thing plays when it's done is kind of a weird choice, but it's not terrible. Cons: The drying function is not the most consistent, but I've yet to meet a dishwasher that handles that task well. As with most LG products, the price is a bit on the high side, but the quality is fantastic (not really a con - you get what you pay for, generally).

Called and called and called and finally he was able to get someone out here. He seemed to find the problem but now if we don’t wash dishes at least every two or three days it starts to stink again. no more LG for us

We purchased the dishwasher almost a month ago. It is quiet and I can’t believe how clean it gets baked on food clean. Our old dishwasher, I always made sure I scrubbed most of the food off. It averages about 2 hours and 23 minutes from start to finish. The only thing I can complain about is, I wish in the middle of the bottom rack, there wasn’t a large space between the uprights that holds dishes. Sometimes we need that space for dishes and bowls. Other than that, LG needs to come up with a way we can change the music on all their appliances 😎

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the LG dishwasher one month ago and it is easy to operate, and load, and quiet while running. The lowest rack does not hold the middle row of plates as the manual pictures and the middle rack does not hold plates as pictured. That being said I am happy with the way it washes and dries. There are plenty of settings for all my needs. The only drawback is the machine does not hold as many plates as advertised.

But ultimately my dishes were mostly dry when the cycle finished. It runs so quiet that I really had to listen closely to see if it was running. Overall I like this product but if I were to purchase it again I would purchase the top control option.

I bought this about a month ago and I love it!!! It’s so quiet I had to get up just to make sure it was working because my old one you could hear across the house. My dishes are so clean also. I love the three shelves also I can fit so much inside it. Now I just need to get all the matching appliances to match for my kitchen

I have been using this dishwasher for a little over a week now. It works great, super quiet, and cleans and dries well. It has slightly longer cycle times than my previous, however it offers a rapid clean, 1 hour long cycle. The warrenty is also a huge plus as it's near unmatched in its industry.
