New griddle
Great install
Assembly
easy to assemble.
It arrived damaged, I was told by customer service to proceed with assembling it. When turning it on to season it, the screws parted and it flung the griddle part up. Flames also were all over due to the seasoning procedure, the oil was dumped onto the fire from the grill. My wife luckily was nearby to help with water while I shut off the propane.

Received Defective Product
Not happy and very disappointed with the purchase. After following the directions and assembling the griddle we hooked our propane tank only to find that it had a defective gas hose hook-up. Gas was leaking from the nozzle very unsafe. Didn't want the hassle of returning an already assembled griddle. So, called customer service number on box. We were told we would get a replacement propane hose in 7 days. Well after waiting 2 weeks called to follow-up only to find out that the part has NOT been shipped. Now, they have no idea when they will have the part to ship for replacement. Purchased this griddle to use for family event and still after nearly more than a month have not been able to. Defective Product.

The replacement parts and hardware were stored and shipped from a warehouse in Canada. With the recent tariffs put in place, we set up and shipped all our warranty parts to a new warehouse within the USA so valued customers like yourself didn't have to pay extra tax, or face delays with shipping at the border. With this transfer of parts, there is a delay for initial warehouse set-up. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will get your part to you as soon as the set-up is complete. Once your order has shipped an email with tracking information will be sent. Insanely confusing assembly
I build things all the time and still found this insanely confusing and difficult. No parts were labeled, so everything had to be double checked. And the leg images were reversed and I put it together wrong twice as a result. Came here from the booklet and this was a little easier, but still took me 5.5 hours bc I had to disassemble twice and restart bc images were reversed. Just why?! I better love this grill after this much effort. Plus one lid hinge bracket is missing. Grateful the booklet has the number to call for a replacement with free shipping. Also, I didn’t realize the heavy grill top was covered in black grease that I smeared all over my hands and clothes when I picked it up. It’s very pretty though. And seems like it’ll be durable. I hope so!

The Members Mark Griddle top is pre-treated with soy oil as a protective coating following manufacturing. This coating may leave a discoloration on the griddle top. Worst griddle I havw owned
This was the worst griddle i have seen to date... it has been updated with no adjustment on the griddle to level it... so all the oil runs to one corner while everything else burns... not to mention it came dented on the roof of it from factory and missing a rubber boot and .... i will never order a members mark griddle again as to do a replacment they wanted me to put this completely back in the box and take all that time to set up a new one plus deal with this one

Doesn't Get Hot
Assembly took approximately 4 hours but went well. The instructions were not clear and we had to remove and parts and switch sides because we installed them backwards which could have been prevented by better instructions. The biggest issue is that it will not heat up. Grill was used twice with a new full propane tank. Instructions say 15 minutes to heat but after 30 minutes the grill was only warm. Meat did not sizzle. Tried putting an egg on it and it did not cook either. Will be returning. I do not recommend

Many customers find the app helpful, as you can click on parts for information, zoom in, rotate, pause and rewind assembly steps. <br /><br />Please note that low heat is an indication that the flow limiting device in the regulator has been activated and needs to be reset. For your convenience, I've included a link to a step-by-step video for how to correct this issue. These steps can also be found on page 9 of your user manual. <br /><br />ATTENTION: Did you know that you could trip this safety feature all over again if you preform an incorrect lighting procedure? Most importantly, open your LP cylinder shut off valve SLOWLY before starting your BBQ. If you turn the LP cylinder valve too quickly, the flow limiting feature in the regulator can sometimes think there is a leak in the fuel line, and restrict the amount of fuel to the burner as a safety precaution. Meaning even if you JUST performed a regulator reset, if you perform the incorrect lighting procedure afterwards, you could trip it all over again!<br /><br />Hope this helps.
