Just put this unit in. it is lighter than most Ac. No issues with installing. Been running for a day. it is very quiet running. The sleek design makes the room look nice, not your normal square or rectangle ac unit.

This is the worst window ac 8000 we have had yet. Looks good. Installation easy. How the unit works sucks. Placed in a 54 square foot room. Closed the door and waited 24 hours to cool. Outside temp overnight was 78. The room temp overnight was 84. Next day The room temp is 88 temp outside, temp which is 91. The next room over has a 5000 in it. The room is sitting at 68inside...outside temp is 91. Just lame. Sending it back.

2 units in 60 days. Both garbage. Different models, same garbage. Chat is horrendous. Won't purchase from this company again.

Overall, it cools very well. It’s very quiet. Very happy with the Built like a tank, fell out of a third story window onto concrete and still works

The air conditioner comes with a very informative manual that shows you how to use the air conditioner. The remote has a timer, mode and fan speed features.
