This is well worth the money , silent and powerful. Lots of cool features, though a beast.l to put in the window.

So far so good. We bought this window unit about 5 weeks ago. Cools well. Looks good. Easy to use. Only negative comment is that the light on front showing settings stays on all the time the unit is on.

Bought 4 Midea window units as backup in case of central air failure and long outage due to high heat and humidity in my area. Installed three of them this month, Aug. 2025, and have not used them yet. One I put away to install during a long AC outage. Can't really say how reliable they are, but they do at least look well-built. You'll have to go to someone who has used one long-term to know about reliability. I wonder about the inverter design. Should be good when on a generator, as it should not have high peak power draws, as the old compressor units have that sags generators.

I got this air conditioning unit from Sam's by curbside pick-up. It is a very nice unit. It is quiet and cools my workroom adequately. The remote and the mobile app are nice features. I can turn the unit on from my phone before I leave work and my workroom is cool when I get home. Also, by shopping online I was able to save some money versus the in warehouse price.

I liked this Inverter Air conditioner so much that I bought more. I have bought 8,000 BTU and 10,000 BTU and 12,000 BTU units. They cool and dry the air very well. The inverter is great! It lets the unit slow down or speed-up to always provide just the right cooling.

Super quiet! Got it to replace a U shaped unit when it was recalled. I like this one better to be honest and the price was right.
