Not executed well, terrible design.

Gone through two of these. The hinges on the lid are hard to close and the tabs holding it in break way too easily. Unable to get replacement parts so it's a waste.

The lids break easiily

We bought 2 of these containers a few months ago. They have been really convenient and great for my kids lunches. They are versatile and can be used for many meals, other than salad. I'm really disappointed because the clasps on the lid broke, and once this happens the containers become totally unusable.

Lid Locking Clips Broke

I'm writing regarding two Bentgo Glass Salad Containers that we purchased from Costco last year—one in Rose (pink) and one in Dark Gray. Unfortunately, the lid clasp broke on both containers, and because of that the lunch boxes are no longer usable. This was very disappointing, especially since these containers were fairly expensive and the glass portion is still perfectly fine. The issue is specifically with the lid quality / clasp mechanism. I would really appreciate it if you could let me know whether it is possible to: obtain replacement lids for these two containers, or purchase replacement lids separately, if available.

Want to love, but the lid is flawed and breaks

We want to love it, I used it a few time to bring salads and also for food storage without the top tray—but the sides of the lid pop off ALL the time and officially broke off and can no longer be used, and there's no replacement parts for it. I won't be getting a new one.

Bentfo Glass Salad Container *Lid*

I've had this container for two months and have loved filling it up with salad to take for lunch. And then one of the flaps that locks on the lid broke. This lid is not available as a replacement part. I'm disappointed this no longer functions as intended.

great in theory

bought this for my son's lunch and the lid clasp broke the first day he used it. No replacement parts available and for the price, shouldn't break so easily.

Great salad bowl, terrible lid.

Love the salad dish and the insert - use it regularly. But the lid broke within 6 months. I have to use it with tape. I never put the lid in the dishwasher and only used it with an insulated lunch box. Need to find a replacement lid.

Great for meal planning, but some function flaws

Sauce lids do not seal on their container inside. The pressure from the salad bowl lid keeps the contents from spilling, but it looks like a whole bunch of broken hinges have occurred. Other than those flaws, it's a nicely designed container that's great for meal planning.

Lids broke almost immediately

The container is nice - I have three! On two of them, the lids are broken. I would like to replace the lids but they’re not available. These lids broke even with the lid being hand washed. It appears that it’s just the pressure of closing the lids that breaks them. They probably broke within a month or two of use.

Lid is broken :(

I attempted to post a review last night, and I'm not sure it was processed. I absolutely love my salad bowl. The bowl itself is roomy for my veggies, and I appreciate the compartment for my salad essentials. However, the lid, the lid, the LID is broken. Educator here . . . if you know, you know. In a perfect world, I could simply reorder or receive a replacement lid. #SOS
