I love this container. Leak proof, dishwasher safe and so many use options. I was so excited to get it as a gift. However, I can't give it 5 stars as the one snap on the lid broke. I've looked in many places and can't seem to buy replacement parts. It was a gift and don't have a receipt of course. I'd buy several more of these if replacement parts were available. Although, I certainly hope I wouldn't have to buy many. though.

I love this - so practical for lunch. Leakproof - and the glass keeps the dish cold (I usually pack my lunch the night before and put it in the fridge). The company also stands behind its product. There are little tabs that hold the lid in place - two sets so you can use with or without the insert tray. The tabs got broken and the company sent a replacement container no questions asked! Great product and great company.

I bought this for my lunch as a school educator and happily used it until I got a job with lunch included. Fast forward two years later and my youngest kiddo needs to take a lunch due to food sensitivities. They've been using the lunch box for the last month and the lid handles just broke today. I came on here to buy a replacement lid (who doesn't make a replacement lid?) only to find that the handles break frequently and that no replacement lid is offered. My lunch kit is out of warranty so I am out of luck. I guess we'll be winging it with a broken lid. I am beyond disappointed that a) this is a common problem that you haven't addressed yet and b) I can't even purchase a replacement lid.

The container is nice - I have three! On two of them, the lids are broken. I would like to replace the lids but they're not available. These lids broke even with the lid being hand washed. It appears that it's just the pressure of closing the lids that breaks them. They probably broke within a month or two of use.

I attempted to post a review last night, and I'm not sure it was processed. I absolutely love my salad bowl. The bowl itself is roomy for my veggies, and I appreciate the compartment for my salad essentials. However, the lid, the lid, the LID is broken. Educator here . . . if you know, you know. In a perfect world, I could simply reorder or receive a replacement lid. #SOS

I like the glass container, it's easy to clean. The salad dressing lid is very hard to close, I don't fill it full, but it doesn't seem to really close tightly. And in this new design the fork is under the lid, so on top of the food, which sometimes means it needs to be cleaned off before I can eat with it, I thought it would be on top of the lid like the plastic container. But it's convenient to bring a meal that does better being separated until ready to eat.

I recently purchased this and it has made packing lunch so much easier. I used to have to take so many containers for all my salad toppings and now everything fits so conveniently all in one. The glass is not heavy and I love the option of taking a hot lunch I can easily heat. Great product!

A little heavy but an excellent addition to the work arsenal of containers. I was skeptical about how many greens I could shove in the bottom half, but I've stuffed a good serving in there (and I'm used to eating salads out of mixing bowls). The compartments on top are useful, the dressing container nice, and it does snap securely shut! The fork is even surprisingly useful for such a small utensil. Love it, and love that it's dishwasher safe.

Hi, they are from Guatemala, excellent product, but my cover broke the closing pins, I would like to know where I can get a cover replacement.

Bought 2 ,both latches broke.
