I paired the Oyster bay Sauvignon Blanc with the bow tie chicken mushroom Alfredo pasta and it was the most delicious meal. The wine is crisp and refreshing and washed away the buttery tastes of the Alfredo. Its a citrus, fruity wine great taste for a hot summer day. Great wine amazing price and I highly recommend!

I found it to be a perfect fruity but crisp blend and it would pair nicely with fish or chicken. I enjoyed it alongside dinner al fresco on a warm summer night!
