The kids love it!

Excellent quality and the kids love it! Assembly takes quite a while but it's a well built piece of equipment and worth it.

Grandkids are pleased!

Just got it and got it put together. Very pleased with the looks and price. Have read reviews about the slide and bolts ripping through the plastic. If that happens I will update my review. I think this playset will outlast the traditional wooden ones.

Great product - long installation

Great product, took me and two buddies 12 hours to out this thing together and clean up the yard. Expect it to be a pain to install and take time. May be worth having someone else install it if you have the money, if not just make sure the kids are patient and plan for assembly. Kids love it.

Great So Far, Love it!

I am so pleased with this playset! I wanted a set for the grandkids, but needed one with a small-ish footprint, and absolutely didn't want wood. This set checked all the boxes. I like the spiral slide for the smaller space needed, and because it is covered, won't get too hot to use in Texas summers. This set is extremely sturdy and really feels close to professional grade. There are so many things to do on this and the footprint is smaller than I envisioned. The Grandkids immediately started playing and didn't want to stop! It took 5 people 5 hours to complete. We pushed through and completed it in one session because we all agreed no one would return for a second round! My advice, if you can gather enough reluctantly willing participants, is to divide and conquer. We had two on the slide, with one mostly assembling and the other managing parts and assisting. We had three on the rest, with two assembling and one staging pieces and fasteners. The slide took almost as much time as the rest of it, so splitting the workforce really helped. We had no issues with assembly. Everything fit, all the holes aligned and the parts and pieces were really well organized. They even throw in a bag of extra fasteners just in case. There are only two things so far I don't love. First, the steps are VERY high. This may be for safety to keep smaller kids off, but it is even a reach for me, and I am 5'2" (not super tall, but still taller than average age-appropriate user). I chose this playset in part because it had steps instead of a ladder to provide more safety, but this is still a hard climb for younger users. I am going to try to fashion some intermediary steps to help provide a safer climb. The second is the climbing wall. I would have liked to see the plastic used to be thicker, more like the platform's composition. It is fairly thin, like the rest of the walls. But, unlike the rest of the walls, this gets climbed on. While it does work, it flexes a bit when climbed, which can be a little unsettling for the kiddos. Hopefully, it will withstand continued use. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and expect to get many years of use. I consider this a great value for the product, especially since I purchased it when it was discounted to $1,200.

We appreciate your feedback! We built the climbing platforms with the intention of the child climbing up using the two handholds in the deck piece. As you know, climbing plays a key role in early childhood motor skills development helping with balance, hand and foot coordination, and agility. Love this product

It look all weekend to put together but my three kids love it. Its very sturdy seem like it will last for years. You do have to pre drill a bunch of hole other than that it went pretty smoothly with assembly. Definitely at least a two person job though especially with putting up the slide

Thought it would be better

It looks nice, but has some flaws. The steps are way too tall and the rock wall only has four rock holds. To make this swingset more compatible for all ages there should be at least 5 steps, and 8 rock holds on the wall. Doesn't make it fun for anyone when you have to hoist your kid up to the top everytime.

Wonderful Playset

My daughters love the play set. My only concern is that the slide may break due to overtime use. We have had plastic tube slides in the past and they did not hold up. Hoping this one does better. It’s strong and durable. It even withstood strong straight line winds during a storm.

A bit complicated but worth it!

The product quality is great, strong, dependable. This is the closest you will get to commercial grade. I am not going to lie, it was a bit of a headache putting it together. It was well worth it in the end. The product is not cheap, its sturdy, well-built.

Really nice, few hiccups

This is a really, really nice playset, however, it was quite challenging to put together. The hardware and instructions in the booklet did not match up with the hardware and instructions in the video. I ran out of a particular bolt when putting together the place at towards the end because those bolts had been used in a previous step unnecessarily. I figured it out eventually when there was so much sticking out that it could be utilized in a more appropriate place but I would’ve run out a hardware how do I not realized the mistake in the directions. In addition, the steps up to the tower are really tall for small children and even tall for 6 to 8-year-olds, I would suggest adding a half step in between the large steps to accommodate both small children and make it easier for the bigger kids too. It is a very high step. The instructions in the video were more accurate than the ones in the booklet. One must be careful not to over tighten hardware and I think someone with large fingers would have a challenge with securing the hardware.
