Great So Far, Love it!
I am so pleased with this playset! I wanted a set for the grandkids, but needed one with a small-ish footprint, and absolutely didn't want wood. This set checked all the boxes. I like the spiral slide for the smaller space needed, and because it is covered, won't get too hot to use in Texas summers. This set is extremely sturdy and really feels close to professional grade. There are so many things to do on this and the footprint is smaller than I envisioned. The Grandkids immediately started playing and didn't want to stop! It took 5 people 5 hours to complete. We pushed through and completed it in one session because we all agreed no one would return for a second round! My advice, if you can gather enough reluctantly willing participants, is to divide and conquer. We had two on the slide, with one mostly assembling and the other managing parts and assisting. We had three on the rest, with two assembling and one staging pieces and fasteners. The slide took almost as much time as the rest of it, so splitting the workforce really helped. We had no issues with assembly. Everything fit, all the holes aligned and the parts and pieces were really well organized. They even throw in a bag of extra fasteners just in case. There are only two things so far I don't love. First, the steps are VERY high. This may be for safety to keep smaller kids off, but it is even a reach for me, and I am 5'2" (not super tall, but still taller than average age-appropriate user). I chose this playset in part because it had steps instead of a ladder to provide more safety, but this is still a hard climb for younger users. I am going to try to fashion some intermediary steps to help provide a safer climb. The second is the climbing wall. I would have liked to see the plastic used to be thicker, more like the platform's composition. It is fairly thin, like the rest of the walls. But, unlike the rest of the walls, this gets climbed on. While it does work, it flexes a bit when climbed, which can be a little unsettling for the kiddos. Hopefully, it will withstand continued use. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and expect to get many years of use. I consider this a great value for the product, especially since I purchased it when it was discounted to $1,200.
We appreciate your feedback! We built the climbing platforms with the intention of the child climbing up using the two handholds in the deck piece. As you know, climbing plays a key role in early childhood motor skills development helping with balance, hand and foot coordination, and agility. Awesome Playset
My kid with limited mobility can crawl up the stairs and go down the slide independently! It is amazing to see him be so independent. He was never able to get up to the slide without assistance and is now too big for me to be able to lift or carry him all the way up to the slide! This has been a god send and is appreciated. The stairs are taller than I would like but since it is the only thing on the market with stairs, we are making it work. The stairs are tall enough that a toddler would not be able to use them, so this is a set for 5+ aged kids.
Great Product
Well designed. Father and family built the play set. The best thing to do is to watch the video along with reading the instructions and same time. Saved a lot of time and headaches which made it easier to build. All went together well with no problems. The playset is well made.
Overall Great Product
Great product, however, putting it together took about 12 hours. Screwing in the panels sucks, especially since they don’t drill out the holes for you. That is one thing I wish could have been different. Other than that, pretty easy assembly. Just a lot of pieces involved.
Miscut pieces, drill your own holes, plan on working on it for 12-15hrs
Definitely need at least 2 people, directions can be confusing use the YouTube videos when needed, steps are very tall for younger kids. Slide is a pain and may need reinforcement later on. For the price it's mediocre I had hope this would last a "Lifetime" but and assembling I am unsure it will. Build it where you want it or have a small army to help move it

Would not recommend
I swapped a wooden playground for this one and I'm having buyer's remorse. The pieces have to be put together so precisely otherwise when you get to steps down the road you will be dropping f bombs like no tomorrow. For example the deck panels, we over tightened the posts and it cause them to pop out in which the deck panels had to bow out around in order to fit them. The bolts strip SO EASILY. The images in the instructions are not as helpful as you would hope and the video does a few steps backwards from the paper instructions. Obviously the video makes assembly look very smooth. Aside from assembly, it is a spider and earwigs dream.. they will make a home in every crevise of the artificial wood/rock panels. I also noticed the trapeze bar is very short, my 5 year old cannot reach it and it gets so stinken hot in the summer, for that reason alone I should have stuck with the material being wood. Please take my advice, although it looks so clean and nice in the store, it really isn't the bee's knees!

Great Swing Set!
Was fairly easy to put together. Says 10 hours but it took us a total of 4 separate days and 14hrs. The slide and panels were the most frustrating but my husband and I put it together easily with just the two of us! I will say we live in west Texas and after having it up for 2 weeks, we had a wind storm with gusts over 80MPH and with the anchors provided and one additional anchor for extra measure it held up AMAZING!!!
Really nice, few hiccups
This is a really, really nice playset, however, it was quite challenging to put together. The hardware and instructions in the booklet did not match up with the hardware and instructions in the video. I ran out of a particular bolt when putting together the place at towards the end because those bolts had been used in a previous step unnecessarily. I figured it out eventually when there was so much sticking out that it could be utilized in a more appropriate place but I would’ve run out a hardware how do I not realized the mistake in the directions. In addition, the steps up to the tower are really tall for small children and even tall for 6 to 8-year-olds, I would suggest adding a half step in between the large steps to accommodate both small children and make it easier for the bigger kids too. It is a very high step. The instructions in the video were more accurate than the ones in the booklet. One must be careful not to over tighten hardware and I think someone with large fingers would have a challenge with securing the hardware.
Kids love it, swings rubber is melting in the sun though
We bought this maybe 6 months ago and the kids love it however the rubber on the swings is breaking down and becoming goopy/sticky and makes your hands all nasty feeling. This doesn't seem right for something we haven't had even a year. Maybe if we had it for 10 years but not less than a year.
Oh no! That shouldn't be happening. Please send photos of your product to reviews@lifetime.com so that we can look into this for you.
Buyer Beware, a real review
I feel like I’m the only one who didn’t get a discount in exchange for a good review, the amount of 5 star reviews is mind blowing. This is pretty expensive and took forever to build which would be fine if it was good quality but good quality this is not. First, this takes way longer to build than it should because most of the holes don’t line up. And because of that the legs for the castle and the swing are crooked, rendering an already very unstable platform even more unstable. We built this on level ground, got everything as tight as can be, and this thing shakes and sways worse than a boat at sea which I guess fits the fact that my son refers to this now giant paperweight, yard decor as the pirate ship. It was a great core workout standing on it trying to install the roof because any little movement sent this thing wobbling. Do I think this thing is going to tip over with my timid 3 year old on it, probably not, but with a couple less timid five year olds with a basic understanding of physics, I think they could get it done. My kid and even some of his older friends want nothing to do with this because it feels unstable. I just don’t think anyone makes quality products anymore. For the price this should be much better but really I just want a functioning swing set for my kids so I would have paid more if it meant it would actually work. In the end the only thing this will do is make us look like we are good parents. At least our heart was in the right place of wanting to get something fun for our kids…which makes us prime targets for companies like these to rip us off, haha. Live in and learn or learn from this review and reconsider dropping 2k on this.
