My grandkids just love this playset. My husband was able to put it together mostly himself, just need help here and there.

My children are loving this playset. While the assembly was lengthy, the instructions were fairly straightforward. We had two adults to assemble.

Hard to assemble

The slide has ripped off twice now due to wind. They helped me with parts the first time, now they want me to pay $350 to replace it this time.

Good play set, not so sturdy in storms

Bought from Sams Club and there were cracks in the slide right out of the box from someone else who had pre drilled holes in the slide. Once everything was out together the slide is def not supported well at all and this set is not designed for children over age 8. It wobbles quite a lot when one 8 year old goes down the slide normally. Pretty disappointed in the tunnel slide for the cost-there should be more metal support brackets to hold the slide steady.

Slide is not sturdy at all

Our playset is fantastic. I own other lifetime products I have out in the weather and they have stood up great. The playset went together well we were missing one of the support post for the slide. We called customer support and they couldn’t have worked with us more easier to get us our missing post. Once it was all done I knew our kids will have something good to play on for a long time.
