It seems to be a nice product! My kids love it. It did take a while to assemble, but hopefully it will last a lifetime.

This is amazing for our 9 grandkids to play on. While a challenge to put together, the end result was worth it.

Easy to assemble some parts had an error and the screws that were suppose to fix it weren’t in package so had to go to Lowe’s to get longer screws

I am in the process of assembling the playset and it looks great. There was a defective part and they're sending me a new one.

I am happy with my purchase just wish the slide was built sturdy for adults to play on with the littles so there could be more interaction

Excellent quality and the kids love it! Assembly takes quite a while but it's a well built piece of equipment and worth it.

The slide has ripped off twice now due to wind. They helped me with parts the first time, now they want me to pay $350 to replace it this time.

Bought for my grandkids

I bought the castle play-set a few months ago and my kids absolutely love it, especially the tunnel slide. I do have one recommendation, the support on the slide is not sturdy enough the slide wobbles and moves a good amount, while my children are sliding down. Maybe in the future put 2 support bars under the slide, one on the lower end and another at the top end.

Great product, took me and two buddies 12 hours to out this thing together and clean up the yard. Expect it to be a pain to install and take time. May be worth having someone else install it if you have the money, if not just make sure the kids are patient and plan for assembly. Kids love it.
