Upon getting this home and unboxing it, I discovered that none of the hardware was in the boxes for the slide, including missing key parts to support the slide. I called my local sams club and they basically told me I had to call the manufacturer and that I "might be able to return it at the managers discretion" I asked to speak with the manager and was put on hold then hung up on. For paying almost 2000 dollars for thus I'd expect atleast an exchange but I can load up a 1000lb swing set to take it back just to have a manager decide they don't want to exchange it or take it back. Most horrible customer service I've ever recieved from my local sams club in el paso texas located on Gateway Blvd North. I'll be canceling my membership over this I think.... now I'm stuck with trying to get the manufacturer to help replace the parts or fabricating them myself.

This did not disappoint. I hired professional installers to put this together.(Highly recommended, they were not Sams installers, privaye companies put these things together!) Day one and I am very impressed with the quality. Slide seems a little thin in my opinion, but overall I have a very happy 6 year old that played for hours today. This product is like having your own personal park in your back yard! Not rickety like most sets I see made of wood. Which after a few years the wood ones tend to rot out entirely and become an eye sore. This set adds yard value! Love it!

Very pleased with this playset.I built it alone in about 13 hours.however it will be much faster if someone assembled slide pieces while other person builds the frame .assembled slide using a cordless drill and 3/8 drive to drill adapter sped up the process alot without over tightening the bolts/screws I weight 225lbs and have went down the tube slide with my daughter multiple times…….now it’s time to build the lifetime playhouse I bought along with this playset

This swing set is beautiful but one minor flaw is 80 percent of the holes dont line up. If the hole is near a cap, the cap must be removed before screw and nut will connect. If i had to do it over id pay for installation just so the company could see how off their cutting machines are. Two stars because at a distance it is visually pleasing. And my kids love it no matter how much rigging we had to do for it to work out.

Can't reply on the set as the 800 lb. delivery was dropped with zero notice on the street %26 sidewalk!! Called for hours to get company to move to an appropriate place at the top of the driveway and they say it will be a week. Curbside pickups are common from my city so if there Monday it may end up in the city dump!!

This is a fun play set..and some details are so cool..but the instructions to assemble aren't completely clear..as well as we had an issue within a month of having our playset up, of having 2 panels of our tube slide becoming broken/cracked I did reach out to lifetime and although their online process has a flaw and I couldn't fill out to register our product, I emailed their customer service and they were quick to help, they also entered our warranty for our slide as well and we are currently waiting on the replacement panels

Perfect purchase for our daughter!

Very Durable and great instructions with Manual and You Tube.

My kids love it, not horrible to put together.

Steps are too high but overall great swing set
