We bought this maybe 6 months ago and the kids love it however the rubber on the swings is breaking down and becoming goopy/sticky and makes your hands all nasty feeling. This doesn't seem right for something we haven't had even a year. Maybe if we had it for 10 years but not less than a year.

Good: Kids have been playing every day throughout the day since it was built. There are many fun features that they love to move around. Mission complete of a playset where mom and dad can chill on the deck and watch the kids enjoy themselves. Bad: Building this thing is a beast. It takes time, patience, and many times looking at the video and manual to verify that the correct bolts and pieces come together. I'm not sure how we feel about the slide, as it is only hooked with 4 bolts, but I guess we will see after winter hits and this area gets stressed. Helpful notes: When predrilling, move up to at least a 1/2" bit instead of a 3/8" bit; there were way too many times with the panel part where the predrill was still too small to push the bolt or cap, making it aggravating in a long, tedious build. If you can get help in building, I highly recommend it. Our neighbor volunteered many times to help in this build, and it was very appreciated in saving time.

My parents bought this playground set for my 3yr old. My son loves it! Great quality and very sturdy! I have no doubt this playground will be around for years. Took approx. 2 days to get it built with 2-4 adults but we got it out together without any issues. The instructions were very clear. We anchored the playset as instructed, and it just went through its very first BIG storm. No issues at all. Very pleased! Worth the money.

First thing is OMG there is a lot of parts. But. The instructions and youtube videos are really good. I watched video first and it helped me understand the instructions. Each section will let you load video at that step. It takes hours but all parts were present and this was one of the best "some assembly required" experiences i have had. Great product.

My kid with limited mobility can crawl up the stairs and go down the slide independently! It is amazing to see him be so independent. He was never able to get up to the slide without assistance and is now too big for me to be able to lift or carry him all the way up to the slide! This has been a god send and is appreciated. The stairs are taller than I would like but since it is the only thing on the market with stairs, we are making it work. The stairs are tall enough that a toddler would not be able to use them, so this is a set for 5+ aged kids.

The directions for this play structure is absolutely horrible. We spent 5 hours putting together the slide FIRST. Wait until the end and do it off the structure. It makes way more sense that way and only took about 1 hour.. the directions put it together the completely wrong way and was 100% what the directions said. The playset itself is AMAZING and is very well built. I dont regret buying this but the directions is nearly useless. We also ended up adding sand and my two boys absolutely love this hangout area!!

The product quality is great, strong, dependable. This is the closest you will get to commercial grade. I am not going to lie, it was a bit of a headache putting it together. It was well worth it in the end. The product is not cheap, its sturdy, well-built.

This is for our Grandkids, and is not my first assembly project. Was able to assemble it almost entirely solo in a garage with help moving subassemblies outside. The kit's instructions are very well sequenced with good hardware. Thanks for the extra HW.

I feel like I’m the only one who didn’t get a discount in exchange for a good review, the amount of 5 star reviews is mind blowing. This is pretty expensive and took forever to build which would be fine if it was good quality but good quality this is not. First, this takes way longer to build than it should because most of the holes don’t line up. And because of that the legs for the castle and the swing are crooked, rendering an already very unstable platform even more unstable. We built this on level ground, got everything as tight as can be, and this thing shakes and sways worse than a boat at sea which I guess fits the fact that my son refers to this now giant paperweight, yard decor as the pirate ship. It was a great core workout standing on it trying to install the roof because any little movement sent this thing wobbling. Do I think this thing is going to tip over with my timid 3 year old on it, probably not, but with a couple less timid five year olds with a basic understanding of physics, I think they could get it done. My kid and even some of his older friends want nothing to do with this because it feels unstable. I just don’t think anyone makes quality products anymore. For the price this should be much better but really I just want a functioning swing set for my kids so I would have paid more if it meant it would actually work. In the end the only thing this will do is make us look like we are good parents. At least our heart was in the right place of wanting to get something fun for our kids…which makes us prime targets for companies like these to rip us off, haha. Live in and learn or learn from this review and reconsider dropping 2k on this.

Bought for 3 grandkids that live in the country with no nearby playground. Ships in very larger heavy crate/boxes so you need a larger pick-up truck or trailer to move it. Once unpacked, I preassembled 75% of it myself. The remaining 25% required a second person. Overall assembly was very easy with simple to follow instructions. I had no material or hardware issues. Finished product is excellent and works as designed!!! Only recommendations would be to change the stair tread height as they're very high for toddlers to climb and to install some type of gate at the top of climbing wall that would block off the 2nd level opening when the climbing wall is NOT in use.
