I instantly know that it's been plugged in when I walk in when I get home. We have 12 cats and though everyone always says they can't tell I am always conscientious about making sure the house smells good and this definitely does the trick!

I normally love lavender and vanilla bean, so I had high hopes for the Febreze PLUG Scent Booster Starter Kit in Downy Calm. While the scent is okay, it comes off as more fake and overly strong rather than calming or natural. The booster feature definitely amplifies the smell, which might work better for other fragrances, but this one was overwhelming, especially in a small space like my bathroom. I’d recommend trying it in a larger room for a more balanced effect or experimenting with a different scent. It has potential, but this particular one wasn’t quite what I hoped for.

I love their normal plugins and small space fresheners but this didn’t really live up to it. Even when pressing the boost button I didn’t smell much even on the max setting. I also like that it tells you when you need to replace the plug. It was very easy to assemble. It’s a great starter kit and the scents last thus you get a lot for your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vanilla lavender smells so good. It’s not overwhelming, and the oil warmer has three different settings on it (Low, medium and high). I keep it on low and the room has a nice aroma to it. The warmer is small and has a long cord, so it can be easily moved and still able to reach an outlet.

You just put the scent in the bottom tray and put the top of the scent booster over top and it clicks in. You can adjust how strong you want the scent by the slider on the back of the booster. So far the scent has lasted a good while & it’s still as strong from the first day. I do unplug it at night so that could be a factor.
