It was not good and thought for that price it would be better. Very tough. Skirt steak is my favorite and this was cut paper thin in the portion that was hidden. Won't be buying this again.

Price was a bit high but overall during these times of inflation not too bad. Skit steak is getting hard to find and was pleasantly surprised the Sam's Club had it. It is great for fajitas!

The meat was wonderful. The price was rather high. I understand that meat prices are high everywhere but this is a membership club I pay for to get into for savings...

I bought this skirt steak and it looked ok from outside of package but when you get home and take it out the other side was grey and the meat had that freezer burn kind of taste to it! AWFUL!!!

The inside skirt steak was extremely tough and chewy! After a while my jaw started to hurt from chewing it so much! I would not recommend this at all. I hardly leave any feedback but this was so terrible, I just had to. You would think for $7.98 a pound the steak would be tender. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I really don't think this was inside skirt steak as inside skirt skirt Is tender.

Has become a popular alternative. Package of 2 piece is about the right portion.

The price is good and it's fresh and tasted good when we grilled it. It was also packed neatly.

It has good flavor but outer skirt steak is much better.
