Had tonight in fajita's-commented to my family-The best skirt steak I have ever purchased except for Sam's!

If this refers to the meat I bought, I have not cooked it yet. But it was too expensive for skirt steak.

Meat prices are a bit high everywhere. But I'm willing to pay the price at Sam's Club because I trust the quality of meat products.

Most meat items get vacuum sealed and frozen. I haven't ate them yet but in the past they were good.

It was very tasty and a good quality meat for skirt. An associate in the meat department helped us to pick the perfect skirt cut.

It was outstanding. Very well prepared. My favorite! Use to raise and butcher my steers so I know it takes time to strip it for easy preparation

This product Is hard to find sometimes. But I can always count on Sam's club to have it and it is always a great price.
