My family and I absolutely love them. Although a cheaper cut of beef, if prepared right it's outstanding. I wish you still carried your Members Mark marinaded skirt steaks, they were delicious .

Members mark USDA Selected Angus Beef, 2 piece skirt inside, great quality, great value, great presentation like fresh read meat, and great price. I love all Members mark products!

You have to know how to cook skirt steak. We season ours with carne asada seasoning and grill it. Don't overcook. Then we chop it up for tacos. It's delicious and live that it's not expensive.

If I could give a zero, I just recently move from miami to Jacksonville. I will no longer by this type of meat. This is not worth the money. Tough, no taste, and chewy. The quality of the meat in Jacksonville is low.

I have not eaten it yet. I buy meat for a few weeks and freeze. It looks nice. I've in the past bought it at Sam's club and have been happy with the purchase.

Love this meat. Marinate it and cook it quickly on the grill. Great price as well. Can't beat it at any of the supermarkets. Will be buying again, and again, and again.

The meat was wonderful. The price was rather high. I understand that meat prices are high everywhere but this is a membership club I pay for to get into for savings...

Thought that it looked good in the package, obviously they his the fattier side underneath. But it was priced well and it worked to my needs. Ended up being very tasty option for the fajitas I made.

Price was a bit high but overall during these times of inflation not too bad. Skit steak is getting hard to find and was pleasantly surprised the Sam's Club had it. It is great for fajitas!

It's reasonably priced. I noticed recently it's more fat left on the beef when sold and that concerns me because for the price per pound I'm getting more fat and less beef
