The skirt steak has good flavor but it is not tendered at all. If you cut it in small pieces before serving (i.e. tacos), it can works...but if your plan is to serve it as steak, find a another place. It always comes out hard and chewy despite the way you cook it

For all the haters out there... Skirt steak must be cooked correctly. No matter where you go occasionally you will come across a bad cut, but proper cooking can even remedy that most times. You must know HOW to buy ALL cuts of meat to lessen the chances of disappointment. As far as the price goes Sam's Club consistently has the lowest price by FAR (up to 50% less than other stores) at least in this part of the country where Mexican food is a staple. I personally have never been disappointed unless it was something that could be blamed on myself!

During this time of increased prices on meat I think you should also offer 1-piece which would be more affordable for most.

I've made a ton of skirt steak, it's probably my favorite cut. This was more tough and pretty much inedible, even though I used the same marinade I always have an prepared it like I have experience preparing it.

Why does do they ALWAYS hide poor pieces under the top piece. Be fair. They were also VERY tough for some reason. Yes, I cut it against the grain, MR too.

Please put the meat price down just little like 3.59 a lb or meat sales but great quality of meat i love the choices just wish the had separate areas for seafood and meat

Good meat, fresh and flavorful. We buy this as a faster-cooking alternative to flank steak. However, the two pieces in the package we bought were totally different sizes (one very large, one very small). Hard to split into two meals.

This cannot be choice, we buy choice skirt constantly from local grocers and marinate with the same ingredients and same time frame each time we prepare and this has to be the worst we have ever had, waste of $$, hope the dogs will eat it!
