I did a lot of research before purchasing. I learned that the inside skirt it best for street tacos, fajitas etc. I have purchased this product on multiple occasions. I further trim, as I would with any meat. I have grilled this baked, and pan fried. Comes out delish everytime. The trick with skirt, is to cut it against the grain, and smaller pieces.

The bad reviews are not for the quality of skirt steak, but the outcome of their dishes/cooking. Just a little knowledge of how to cook a skirt steak is needed and it will be delicious. It's not hard to cook but there's 2 crucial things that must be done. Don't overcook, longer cooking means tougher, chewy steak, and cut against the grain. just do a little research.

Large piece of meat. Great flavor. Marinated then Grilled!

Know your skirt steak... this is not outside skirt, if it was it would be closer to $20 a lb. This meat is exactly what it should be. This can be cooked in a sous vide and tenderized or braised.

Terrible cut of meat. Inner cut is very grizzly. Has a tough membrane attached, which is almost impossible to remove. Only a small portion was edible. Really disappointing. Pay the extra money and buy outer cut skirt steak.

The Select Angus Beef Inside Skirt Steak was quick to cook and evenly cut... Tender and juicy. I have had some dry tough skirt stakes in my life but this was really delicious!

This is a good Arachera , but the difference on this from the local store is that this meat it's not run threw the buthers machine to soften and tenderized and since it's thicker also , so the trick here is that you need to slice it half from the middle to get a thin long slice or you can use a tenderizer to soften it up , now this kind of meat I would put it the grill or on iron skillet , it's not meant to boil or cover it up in a pan , crock pot , cause if you do this it will be chewy and rubbery. I see a lot bad reviews for this , but give it a try , so better of cooking it in a grill marinade with lime and adobo and you will be good to eat it .

The amount of the skirt steak is not 2 servings but it says it is. There are 4 of us at home and it only fed us 1 meal when we make steak tacos and that is with cutting smaller pieces. Definitely not 2 pieces because it was only 1 piece in the package I bought!!!! This has now happened twice to me

I like my shirt the same thickness throughout. The bought three packages . brought them home prepared to slice for future dishes. too much silver lining and 1/3 toward the end was way too thin. Used that for the dog food. Not pleased with the quality. Will not buy again.
