This is a great safe for the money, waterproof, fire resistant, lots of room. It's holds a lot of stuff, however, if your long guns are scoped there is no way you will get 36 guns in this bad boy. No problem for me because I knew that going into to it. As my collection grows I'll look at picking up another one.

This is a great safe for the money. The delivery was scheduled and arrived on time with no damage. Especially like the waterproof and fire resistance of the safe. It does have power on the inside of the safe which is also very helpful. Led lights on the inside.

Picked up at Sam's Club in Provo. They were very helpful in loading the safe in my truck. The safe was very well packaged and did not have a single scratch or dent. Set up was easy and all the materials and workmanship are great. Lights and entry code pad work great. Shelving is sturdy and level. Many states offer gun safe rebates as part of their suicide prevention programs which help with the cost.

This safe is very nice. It has electrical and USB outlets and motion activated lighting. The temperature rating and waterproof rating is higher than more expensive safes. The factory pockets on the door is a nice touch. This is actually my 2nd one of these safes. I bought one a year prior and like many others it was damaged so I returned it for refund. I decided I would take another chance as I was out of room in my RK Gettysburg safe. I am glad I did because this is a much nicer safe. Maybe they have corrected whatever the issue was with so many damaged safes as this one had an inspection sticker exactly where the prior one had damage. Hope you get a good one as they are nice. If I ever need another, I will get another one from Sam's.

Good vault for the money will not hold 36 large guns but if you have hand guns this will hold a lot. I like the light inside that's real nice with internal plug ins. It looks sharp. Easy to program lock. Overall happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give the 5 stars is the fact it says 36 gun. They need to be realistic when saying how many guns. I did good to fit 8 rifles in it and had to get creative to fit everything else. But they are all in there and that's what I needed.

The inside of the gun safe is nice, lots of room to store items. The outside not so much. Scratches, dents, chipped paint. Apparently it was hit with a forklift in Pittsburgh. Sam's Club has yet to acknowledge my complaint.

Shipper came unannounced after dark. Next day opened box and found damage on the bottom of the front of the safe like it was dropped. Contacted Sams.com and have made 5 inquiries to date to have it picked up and refund my card. It has been a week now and I keep hearing the same answer that someone will contact me in 48-72hrs. No Response to date.

Well it came all dented up and the paint was peeling from the bottom. We were very upset with the whole thing. We paid $99 dollars for delivery and got a dented mess. The outer box was in bad shape at all. This was not a cheap purchased and I saved for months to buy for my husband

We received a damaged safe. We are disappointed that we are not able to get a different safe. This I'm sure has nothing to do with the brand. I'm sure it has to do with who we purchased from. And the shipping company they use. This is not the first time we have received damaged goods from these companies. I would not normally write a bad review. I'm extremely disappointed and wonder if others have had the same experience.

Picked up safe. Very heavy. Brought home and unloaded in office. It was severely damaged and cracked. Neither Sam's online or at store would come get it. Had to load it back up and returned it. Safe was ok. Nothing wrong with the type of safe.
