My review has nothing to do with the egg whites themselves, but rather the inconvenient new design they made for the cap of the carton. For whatever reason they chose to make it so that the cap stays attached to where you twist it from, and sometimes the whole dang thing just comes off. They tried to make something more sealed while successfully making it less sealed in the process. Got this new box and I've had to do some shenanigans to pour the egg whites with every single carton I've opened. Three of them the whole cap and seal came right off and I can't seal it back on. Hopefully somebody important in the company or whatever reads this: change the design back to where the cap unscrews like a normal one please, it does NOT need to be all special stay attached. Thank you.
