When you are trying to get in your protein eat enough to help you feel full egg whites is the way to go with significantly less calories. Add 1 cup of egg whites, 1 whole egg (love the organic pasture raised Sam's eggs), and some fresh veggies….you have a great scramble. Then pair it with avocado toast!

Totally recommend the egg whites - they are the BEST!!! Unfortunately, the price needs to be adjusted down again. The price increased by 25% when eggs got really expensive!!! Still waiting for price to go down. Why are they still so expensive???

The product itself is good and the price is acceptable. My only issue is the packaging is sometimes questionable. I've had issues with the entire spout pulling away from the top.

As a bodybuilder, I measure everything I eat. Egg whites are a daily part of my nutrition. It's a good product but the carton rarely contains the full 16oz as advertised.

A great source of protein to add to any meal. Quality is great. It's the carton that is the problem. It leaks when I pour from it. There is a whole in the pour spout.

I buy Member’s Mark Liquid Egg Whites regularly and have always been happy with the product itself, but the packaging has become extremely frustrating. With the last three boxes I’ve purchased, every single carton has had the same issue. When I try to unscrew the cap for the first time, the entire plastic spout/lid assembly rips away from the carton. It doesn’t seem to matter how slowly or gently I open it, it still separates from the carton. Once that happens, the carton is difficult to pour from, doesn’t seal properly, and is much more likely to leak or make a mess in the refrigerator. The attached photo shows exactly what keeps happening. I initially thought I had gotten one defective carton, but after experiencing it with every carton across three separate boxes, this appears to be a packaging/design or manufacturing issue. I really like the egg whites and buy them because they’re convenient and a good value, but the packaging needs to be fixed. Having the opening rip completely off a brand new carton every time you open it defeats the purpose of having a resealable container. Please address the adhesive or construction around the pour spout. I’d gladly continue buying these if the packaging issue is corrected.

They’ll do since we go though a lot of egg whites. No where near the product quality that they used to be prior to package change. Hopefully they return to their previous distributor. Have been in touch with Sams and they have credited me, which I appreciate, just hope they return to the product before.

I purchase this item all the time. Never had a problem with it until my last purchase. First, the way the box was sealed I had a very hard time trying to open it!! Finally with a help from a knife and a scissor I was able to break the box to get it opened. With that said, I punched a hole in one of the containers and all the liquid egg whites came pouring out. What a mess!!!!! Also this has never happened before but trying to turn the caps to open the containers was very difficult every container in the carton was so tight I had to cut around the pour spout in order to open it. I hope this was just a fluke and the next time I purchase egg whites it will be very easy to open. If not, I will definitely be bringing it back to the store instead of struggling with it.

I would have given this 5 stars a couple of months back but recently they changed packaging design and the last order I picked up I can honestly say I don't know what I bought but it was not egg whites. It was a runny opaque liquid that smelled off.
