I tried making a simple omelet. This egg whites do not coagulate, they just curdle. It turns into a big glob of mush that looks spoiled. I hate to think of what they do to the poor chickens who produce this.

Purchased these weekly for years. Sam's has switched to the European bottle caps that remain attached after opening. Now every bottle cap binds up on itself and rip off the side of the container about 75% of the time. Took a great deal to a horrible product. Do not buy this product.

As others are pointing out, the new spout opening and lid mechanism is terrible. By the time you use enough force to open it, it twists the whole spout resulting in leaking. The egg whites themselves are fine, but I cannot buy them anymore to deal with the extra hassle of cleanup.

I thought these were a good value when I recently discovered them at my local club but I'm not so sure now. I agree with the other reviewers that suspect these are watered down based on the fact that they make a lot of popping and crackling noises when cooked in the microwave using an egg poacher. I don't experience this with other brands such as Eggland's Best and Bob Evans which seem to be a little thicker. I also agree with others that the cap design is horrible. Every one so far has torn loose and leaks due to insufficient glue holding them on and the poor design that tears the carton under the cap to allow use.

Im not sure what's going on with these egg whites but my most recent batch tasted HORRIBLE!! I couldn't finish a single carton. I opened 3 of them to test and they all tasted inedible. I had to throw them all away. The expiration date on the carton is September 14 so im not sure what the issue is.

This product is very convenient to have, its 1 ingredient but the new screw cap design is frustratingly difficult to open. I hope they return to a more ergonomic cap. The ones I received ripped at the opening, so I am not sure if I received a defective batch or if this is the new standard. I was directed to leave my feedback here because there is no direct number to call about potential defects on Members Mark items.

Great item if you can't have egg yolks . Sam's Club is the best place to get them. Cosco has the same item for 4$ more.
