Easy to fix meal of egg whites and spinach.

A great source of protein to add to any meal. Quality is great. It’s the carton that is the problem. It leaks when I pour from it. There is a whole in the pour spout.

Egg whites should be slimy and transparent. These are watery in texture and white. When you cook them you can bitr tiny pieces of shell.

These are the most liquid egg whites I've ever seen. The yolks in the fridge are jealous and go on and on about how much they want to swim in them.

I bought this to whip into stiff peaks, however, I could not get it to form. If you are buying this for this purpose, I wouldn’t
