I bought these since my Sam's had an egg shortage. I am a novice baker & intended to use these for making white cake, angel food cake, and macarons (I've used local grocers' cartoned egg whites without issue). These absolutely did not whip up....I barely got soft peaks. I used another brand in between batches & those worked fine. These egg whites look watery and are useless for baking, in addition to being a expensive. All cartons produced the same result. Like another said, adding a stabilizer did not help. If you're using these for baking, save money & pass on these.

Hard to put a finger on exactly what's changed. They're not the same product as previously bought and don't cook up as before. Thicker, more congealed and gloppy. Not a substitute for Egg Beaters egg whites or house brand generics. Going back to the grocery generic and may return these.

Ewwww. This tastes horrible. I love eggs and trying to lose weight and be healthier but this one's not making the cut for me. I threw out the whole box. I like meijers egg beater version flavored with onion and colored with beta carotene so you still get the yellow omelet color.

Unfortunately, we mistook this for the equivalent for eggbeaters, given that the light brown color of the box and yellow parts of the print evoked that type of connection for us. Then, once we opened the first one, we took another look at the label, which clearly stated Liquid Egg Whites. If somebody were to look for just egg whites, this might be an excellent product (I wouldn't know), but when expecting the equivalent of eggbeaters (which I am reasonably sure Sam's Club used to carry years ago), we were gravely disappointed

I usually do not write reviews but this time I have to warn people. These liquid egg whites used to be very good but now this last batch I got is horrible. It is extremely lumpy which I do not believe liquid egg whites is supposed to be. Sam’s Club‘s quality has gone down ever since the pandemic.

Do not buy!! They smell horrible during and after cooking!!! A mix between vinegar and smelly feet!! They are also very watery after cooking! I threw the whole case away!! Very disappointed in this members mark product! Will go back to my Bob Evans brand.
