I have tried less expensive pro-biotics, but they don't seem as effective. So, I stay with Align and watch for good sales like I saw recently at Sams.

I love this probiotic and can definitely tell a difference when I don’t take it. With my work travels I don’t have to worry about refrigerating it so it’s perfect!

Before taking align I constantly had stomach issues. I've been taking them over a month now and so far so good with my stomach problem has been resolved.

They changed these from popping the capsule out of a Sunday through Saturday grid to a bottle of capsules. I liked it the old way so I can remember if I took them by referencing the grid.
