It is easy to open and very roomy inside. It runs much more efficiently than the old one and so much lighter in weight. I love the fact that I can pull it out very easily to clean behind it. I have received 2 of these units and sent both back. With both units the variable frequency compressor and its control unit trip the GFI circuit. LG customer support says the problem is with my electrical system so I had my electrician check everything out and there are no issues. New building codes require GFI for all circuits in the kitchen and garage so I can't use this model unless I want to put it in my living room.

Very happy overall with this purchase. Only minor comment is that it would benefit from a light in the freezer. Refrigerator area LED light is great, but was surprised no light up top. Overall very satisfied regardless.

I choose LG for many of my electronics and I have been rarely disappointed. If you want a fridge that works great, is a reasonable price, and you can live without all the bells and whistles then this is the fridge for you.

The refrigerator was selected by me as an extra refrigerator and placed in my garage. I am happy to say that I am very satisfied with the selection and it's performance in maintaining my liquids, produce and freezer compartment.

Now I have replaced both old units into a 22 cf refrigerator that will pay for itself in a few years of operation savings. And I can’t hear the new unit run.

I love how quiet this refrigerator is and how easy it is to see everything. You can store all of your big liquids on the door (2-Liters, Gallons of Milk) and still can room. I am very happy with this price and this purchase. My only (minor) issue is that although there are 2 drawers for fruits and veggies, there is no dedicated drawer for lunchmeat and cheeses. I solved with with a simple wire basket, and am completely happy. Thank you, LG!
