[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in November but wasn't delivered for a while. We are using it as a spare fridge in our garage and it has helped out a lot. We now have some additional space for when we are working in the garage to keep drinks ad snacks without having to go back and forth to the house. It will also come in very handy if we need to store items for larger events.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I inherited this refrigerator from the seller when I bought his home. He bought it new for the sale. No idea if it was working from day 1, but when we moved in, about 3 months after he bought it, it completely did not work...the compressor was shot. Unfortunately, the seller tried to be thoughtful and leave some food for us, so the 3-month-old stench was horrible. To LG's credit, as the unit was under warranty, they did promptly send a crew out to examine and order a new compressor and then, about 3 days later, they installed it plus replaced the stench-filled inner compartment with a new one, all free of charge. So, kudos to LG for making it right, but a new fridge should not fail to work right out of the gate like that. That said, the unit is fairly plain, with no water dispenser or ice maker. Once the compressor is working, it is functional but very plain. I would give it an Average rating if not for the compressor issue.

I recently purchased a fridge and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The fridge has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. It has a spacious interior which allows me to store all of my food and beverages and keeps everything fresh and cool. The design is sleek and modern, making it a great addition to my kitchen decor. The fridge is also very energy efficient, which is a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this fridge to anyone in the market for a new one. Five stars all around!

Needed to replace a garage refigerator that punked out after 30 years, so we got this one for our kitchen and moved the other out. We weren't looking for anything fancy. Chose this LG over other models a because the interior components seemed more sturdy. The door shelves are wide and don't wobble, adjustable interior shelves are glass, and the fruit/vegetable bins are spacious. Didn't come with a pull out drawer on the shelves (just something we were accustomed to having), but purchased a drawer that fit in perfectly. We like the recessed handles on the doors, but find the doors don't swing shut well unless you give them a good push. We plan to adjust the legs, but wish we had realized this before we filled the refigerator. This unit is a little bigger than our last and the freezer is larger, which means you must bend down a little more reaching into the refrigerator space. The only thing we don't like is the light. Empty in the store it looked fine but at home, once filled, the light placement doesn't allow it to reflect well to the lower shelves. Of course, this may be due to the way we have things arranged.

This new refrigerator was easy to set up and has a lot of room for storage in both the freezer and refrigerator. So far we are pleased with this purchase and are hoping for it to last many years.

What I really liked was the great chat with customer service answering a question I had about my new fridge. Very efficient and got my answer fast. I am hoping this appliance will last for a sufficiently long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge because it is so quiet! It replaced a noisy old model. As time has gone by, I would like to report one problem: The freezer door cracks open fairly regularly due to the low strength of the seal around the freezer door and due to the weight of items in the freezer door storage shelf. This is my only complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a year ago how ever the motor stopped working a year in but I still have it a 5 star because LG came to my house a couple days after I contacted them and replaced the motor in my freezer in less than 15 minute. And it’s working like new again.
