I've had this new refrigerator for about 3 weeks. My choices are limited because I live in an old house with ceiling cabinets that restrict height. So far I'm mostly happy with my choice. My old refrigerator/freezer had the air circulation vents in places that were easily blocked. The new one has them more strategically placed so we can maximize the space without restricting air flow. I like the design of the produce drawers too. In the old one they were angled in the back which limited what could go in them. There are a couple drawbacks that I've noticed in 3 weeks. While the freezer is within the temperature safe zone with the factory setting, the refrigerator is not. It only keeps it cold to about 45 degrees. I needed to move it colder a notch to get it to read in the safe zone. Also, the seal on the refrigerator door rubs on the lower corner of the hinge side and keeps the door from closing easily. I have to make sure to push it harder to get it to close. I'm expecting that may cause seal problems later on so I hope the Home Depot extended warranty will cover it if it fails. I've also read other reviews that mention the bottom of the door being low to the floor and catching their foot when closing. Yup, I get that too. And I have hit my head on the freezer when standing up after bending over to access something in the back of the refrigerator, but I had that problem in the old one as well. I do wish it had included the small drawer on the second shelf and some bin dividers for the door bins, but I do appreciate how quiet it is. I'd like to do a review in six months to a year to report back how it is holding up.

Had it about 6 weeks. We bought it because it fit in the space provided. It is stainless and not smudge proof or anything close. When you open the refrigerator part you have to duck your head way down to see anything on the top shelf. So, unless you're fortunate enough to be 4 feet tall, its horrible.

I did some research online and decided to try LG for the first time in my 72 year old life. This frig is very, very quiet, is much more spacious inside than any other frig I've ever owned of that size, keeps everything at the right temp and humidity level thru out the entire frig and the freezer compartment, and it is so easy to keep clean (outside and inside). My wife loves it! I love my lower electric bills! Thanks LG.

Especially like space management with wide shelves in fridge and freezer doors; as well as extra roomy crisper drawers. I do miss the deli-cheese drawer A LOT [listed "optional" in User Manual, but unable to order it would seem). System is very energy efficient on Least Coldest settings for proper temps. Recessed handles on doors has reduced fingerprint smudges. Way to go LG!

It stores many varieties of beer, extra milk, freezer products, and does a great job keeping everything cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a few weeks ago and it is working fine. I added the ice maker with no problem. The only issue I have is that it sits lower to the floor than my last refrigerator so I have to watch my toes when closing the lower door.

The process of buying online from Sam's was a breeze and even saved me money. We had a chance to examine this refrigerator in a big box store and were impressed with it and I'm impressed with the quality but upon setting it up we discovered it was not as easy to organize as my old refrigerator.

In fact, it shows everywhere it is touched and needs constant cleaning. In addition, we noticed a crack on the border of one of the shelves. We contacted Customer Service who were great in getting the details and sending out a replacement shelf. Overall, we like this fridge.

Seven years ago I bought a Fridgidaire brand and it has broke down already. It didn’t even make it to its seventh birthday. I also love my LG gas dryer. That’s what steered me to this refrigerator. Can’t wait until I can buy the LG washer.
