This refrigerator is a replacement for one that just died. It is also the refrigerator that we have in the garage. It holds all the overflow that we can't fit in our kitchen refrigerator. The outside is sleek and it's well-lit on the inside. It also runs very quietly. The temperatures are holding steady in both compartments which are set at 3. By no means is this a top of the line model but we are only using it as a second refrigerator. So far we are very pleased with it. This is the 4th LG appliance we have purchased in 5 years, the first was an over the range microwave and next a washer and dryer. They all work great and we are happy with them.

Appreciated the metal backing where the old one had fiberboard covering the compressor, fan assemble and heat exchange. Makes it feel higher quality. We hang thermometers in all our refrigerators and the temperature ranges are consistent and appropriate.

I only set medium and the frig is cold enough about 35F and freezer is very good. I also like the organizer attachments, very big. I can fit many items than my previous frig.

The door shelf holds more, too. The plastic shelves are easy to clean. I am pleased with the look of the stainless front and grey, not black sides. I like that the door opens without an outside handle. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this product.

The humidity control for both of the Fruit and Vegetable drawers works great. My old one only sent humidity to one drawer. The fact that it's a energy star is good and it keeps things cold in the door too. Con's I wish it had the option to add a deli meat drawer. I wish the unit was on a pedestal or something as my husband and I are short people and you have to bend down so far Everytime you open the door. And when you stand up I can't tell you how many times I have hit my head. In 48 years we've never had a frig where this happens. I also wish one shelf in the frig was tall enough for a gallon of milk because I don't like me milk in the door.

This is our first new refrigerator and I feel like we stepped into a new century. The fridge cooled quickly, runs quietly and has great storage. I searched professional reviews as well as numerous consumers over a period of several months as well as visiting stores. I decided it had to be an LG, which didn't even exist when I purchased my current one. Wow! I am amazed by temperature control and evenness of distribution, flexibility of storage space, not to mention looks and how quiet it is. I knew when I first changed the hinges on the doors that this was a very well built appliance! I couldn't be happier. Why did I wait so long?

There’s is not place for lunch meats and cheeses. It’s a nice fridge but you have to bend over to see it, like the freezer is at eye level. The entire fridge came scratched on the side. I talked with the delivery guy he said they aren’t packaged well and it happens all the time.
