[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago. It had been working fine and suited our needs. I like how there is no computer type screen and how it is lo fi. But then it stopped cooling properly and it’s been a headache. We will need to rebuild one of the systems. Thankfully LG is paying for this, but we wouldn’t have bought the product if we knew we might encounter this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well so far and is nice looking. My biggest regret is the way the refrigerator is designed makes it difficult to store food. They designed so the temperature box hangs way down and takes up a lot of space.You can adjust the shelves, but that doesn't really help because it takes away from space on the other shelves. There are two shelves on the door which are spacious. I would have liked to have a third one. I have to really think how much space I have when doing my shopping now.

LG had really great reviews so that confirmed my decision. I would suggest price comparisons before purchasing as I way overpaid. The old refrigerator went out and I didn’t research prices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old fridge was quite a bit smaller so I needed a nice, big fridge. Also, one of the selling points for me was the glass shelves. In my old fridge any bottle I put in tipped over. Plus the freezer is large enough to hold a lot more than my old one. I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG top-freezer refrigerator a month ago to replace a fridge I'd bought in 1996. I'm so happy with my purchase! I wish I'd done this years ago. I love the sleek simplicity of the design. Even though my new LG refrigerator takes up less space in my kitchen, the inside capacity is much greater than my previous fridge. I cook with lots of fresh veggies, so the large veggie drawers are a big plus. One of my favorite features is how quiet the motor is. I used to feel a sense of relief when the motor would shut off on my old fridge. My new LG is so quiet that I barely notice it. The attached photo shows just the bottom of my new fridge, and the treasure trove I found under the old one. My new LG refrigerator has another plus: it sits close enough to the ground that my cat, Lily, probably won't be losing her toys underneath!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge as a backup fridge. Nicer than what I expected with lots of room. I like the no handles for spacing in restricted areas. Also like the separate humidity controls drawers. Excellent features for the value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the product online and it’s a second refrigerator for us- the only downside so far is that when you close the refrigerator door the freezer door is jarred and I have to make sure it’s closed. Also we needed the door to open from the right and there was nowhere to request that before delivery so we had to do itbourselves

My husband and I purchased this refrigerator to replace our old Amana that died. This LG refrigerator is okay, keeps things cold and no mechanical problems as of yet. However our issues are that it is so deep and shirt that reaching back is annoying, sounds trivial but it's a pain when you are using it daily as most people do. The freezer is nice and cold but there is frost everywhere seems old fashioned to have this problem. Also no lights in the freezer. One more thing to note that the stainless steel finish is ridiculous, always dirty so although it cleans easily you have to clean it every single day...ugh. Overall I would say we are not happy with our purchase but too late now unfortunately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. It's working fine. Still have not got my ice maker going yet, I do wish it had a crisper drawer in it though. The people who came sat it up has not leveled it out right. Door to fridge doesn't shut all way and or closes too hard.
