I paired it with a few different cheese/meat plates as well as several pasta dishes I had! I will definitely be buying more in the future

It was a little rough at first for me since I am not a Cabernet fan, but this definitely changed my opinion. It had a wonderful taste from the Bourbon and was very smooth. I ended up buying this again for my book club meeting and everyone really enjoyed the flavor. This is a new staple for my wine cabinet.

This private selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Red Wine ? is simply devine! I love ? a BIG red, and could not be more pleased with the complexity and mystery of this lovely vintage. I want to buy them all for myself and a few of my friends! Truth. ??? Love the flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor of the Cab is semi dry, soft with little notes of dark berries and a slight bourbon oak flavor on the end. I think it pairs well with seeded crackers, prosciutto, sharp cheddar cheese and crisp green grapes.

It appeared bright dark red and clear. The taste was fruity and tart. The finish was slightly dry. It was much better than the red blend. I was not able to pair the wine with any food this time, but I would like to try it with a hearty pasta dish or strong cheese. I will help my husband finish this bottle, and I might even buy one for my father, who is a red wine drinker.

I read that it's aged in bourbon barrels to deliver on the bold flavor which is a nice touch. Overall, it is a very elegant wine and gives off a high-end premium taste.
