[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to wines, I do not normally like wines that are ages in barrels but I have to say that the Robert Mondavi Collection left me impressed. I enjoyed this Cabernet Sauvignon. Overall, it has good flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cabernet have me more of a tangy taste. When I smelled the cork I felt more of a cinnamon than brown sugar. First thoughts was I would like it but after the first sip I was not a fan. Again I tasted this on a clean palate but because of trying to like it we tried grapes also a small charcuterie with grapes, muenster cheese, sharp cheese, celery, ham and pepperoni. I would definitely only drink this again if we were bottles in on a girls night with charcuterie boards and a good book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t drink a lot of Red Wine but I was willing to give it a try. my friends were a little nervous about it being aged in a Whiskey Barrel. Everyone that tried it really enjoyed it. It had a pleasant aroma and had a robust flavor. We paired with some cheese dips.

This one is perfection from the aroma, taste, alcohol content (wink wink). It’s beautiful and tartare great with sweet fruit! I am officially hooked. Thank you RippleStreet!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can absolutely taste that this wine was perfected in a barrel. You can taste that it was aged well, sweet with a subtle hint of aroma and taste of the barrel. Which is perfect paired with cheese and lamb chops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bourbon barrel-aged Cabernet Sauvignon finished off dry with a berry, spice and cottony taste. The deep cherry red appearance drew me in wanting to taste it right away. The aroma of oak was pleasantly surprising but it fit the taste. I would definitely enjoy this wine better with some dark chocolate, otherwise lamb or steak would be a great pairing.
