[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually go for a cabernet but I did like this one. It's a bit dryer than I'm used to but the right temperature of the wine is key! Overall, I thought this was a good wine. It paired nicely with some of the cheeses. My Uncle really enjoyed it. I also appreciated that this was a good wine but wasn't over priced! Good product, we enjoyed it!

I really didn't know if I would like the barrel aged wines but they actually hit quite nicely. We enjoyed this wine with a variety of meats, cheeses, and fruits. I think I enjoyed the cheeses best with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrell-Aged Cabernet Sauvingnon with a fall themed chili dinner, so delicious! The Cab has a nice, hearty aroma. The sweet undertones from the bourbon barrels give the wine a uniquely complex taste. Great wine for the price!

It had a rich burgundy color and a slightly smoky aroma with a hint of black cherry. It paired very well with our platter of cheeses, crackers, raspberries and chocolates! I also think it would be amazing in beef stew and will be experimenting with that tonight! I highly recommend this one!

The Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth, velvety, oaky, and slightly fruity with notes of vanilla Musk and blackberry. It starts out smooth and velvety, and ends with a slight acidic punch. This would hold up well to saucy beefy dishes, or even chocolate desserts.

The barrel-aging gives it such a smoky smell and taste. We personally love bourbon, and we could really tell a difference in the flavor being aged in a bourbon barrel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Cabernet Sauvignon is excellent for winding down after work (or really any time). It has a nice, fruity flavor. I enjoyed it with cheddar cheese, but I imagine it would be good with many meats as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent flavor with this Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. We smelled the Bourdon and tasted the flavor, and it melded well together. Must breathe first for awhile, but paired excellent with charcuterie board of gouda, manchego, and fontina, along with stuffed grape leaves and Italian meats and olives. Definitely smooth and a nice lasting taste. Definitely a staple.

It did not have a strong bitter aftertaste like some cabs seem to have. Nice bottle of red to have in the house and you can't go wrong with the price. We enjoyed our wine with some cheese and meats placed on the charcuterie board I received and it was perfect.
