[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wine was probably my least favorite. It was the darkest of the 3 barrel aged I had. The taste had a bit of tartness to it, with some red fruits noticed. Maybe some cranberry. The bourbon flavor reveals itself towards the end which is nice because I enjoy dark alcohols such as bourbon and brandy. My dislike with this wine is that it is very dry, to me and I prefer a sweeter less dry wine. Flavors were good though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon wine had a nice fruity aroma and a rich dark color. Could taste what I thought were flavors of blackberries or cherries and vanilla with a nice melow spice blend. The taste seemed to linger just right with no aftertaste. I rarely drink wine but this would be a favorite to enjoy when I do. I definitely recommend you try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Robert Mondavi's Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold, distinct, warm flavor. You can definitely taste the bourbon and smoky notes. I paired mine with an alfredo pasta dish and it was divine! I plan on enjoying it with with grilled, glazed meats in the future.

The wine is definitely perfect for a few combinations. I would definitely recommend it. I'm highly satisfied with my experience with this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fragrance of berry , smoke , and coffee. The flavor matches the aroma with an added oak barrel bourbon kick. Very smooth with an amazing lingering bourbon flavor. Great for dessert or just sipping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bourbon barrel-aged Cabernet had me second guessing what I was drinking. The description was California grapes picked at the peak of ripeness but for me and my guests the aroma was bitter plum with a hint of cherry with a deep red appearance and the taste was dry, slightly bitter plum/cherry with spices. It was over-all a lot better than most dry wines we’ve tried and by the 3rd sip I created a fondness for it. We paired it with grilled foods and pasta dishes which went nicely with it, more so the grilled items. We rated it 3 1/2 out of 5 stars. Note: I am having to post another review of the Bourbon-Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon because the liquor stores said the distributor doesn’t carry the Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot and the Rye Barrel-Aged Red Blend is on back order with no indication as to when it’ll be available again, and this is the only liquor distributor for the nearby counties.

It had a dark red appearance, was full bodied and paired well with all the foods we had. We all enjoyed the smell and taste not being to bourbon like, just with a hint of it. We noticed the bourbon smell and cherry notes as well. Overall delicious!
