[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shared this wine with friends at a Halloween party. Everyone enjoyed the bourbon barrel aged Cabernet Sauvignon. The dry wine had a bold flavor with a slight hint of sweet. The wine had hints of black cherry, toasty oak and coffee. Aging in the bourbon barrel created a unique taste for a Cabernet Sauvignon. We enjoyed this wine with a variety of foods.

This one I tried by itself which was great but I feel that this would go great if you paired it with something like an appetizer cheese and crackers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon was our second favorite wine! This wine had a bourbon smell, but it also had dark fruity notes. It paired very nicely with fruit. I would buy this wine again.

I'd definitly buy this as a gift for a wine lover or get it for myself to enjoy with dinner, maybe with a juicy steak! I paired this with Asiago cheese, crackers, honey, and on the side peppered salami! It all really complimented each other so well!

I read that it's aged in bourbon barrels to deliver on the bold flavor which is a nice touch. Overall, it is a very elegant wine and gives off a high-end premium taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried the Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon. A great price point and it was easy to find at the store. We had this wine with hors d'oeuvres. Was simply delightful. This wine is complex and layered with aromas of blackberry cobbler, brown sugar, chocolate and coffee.

It seem like a smooth drink with a combination of bourbon and wine. It is not a heavy drink and easy to drink it. I would like to try it with some meat like steak.

I consider this to be a special wine other than every day wine but it does fall into the every day wine price range.
