It does a great job of retaining hear and looks great sitting on my stove. I wish it was a little bigger for me to do soups and stocks but it seems like that will just be an excuse for me to get a bigger Staub!

Well constructed with solid materials. Just about the right weight and size for my needs. Still working perfectly after two years of use speaks to the longavity. Also love the vivid red color.
