Purchased this 4 quart cocotte with glass lid a few months ago and couldn't be happier. It was carefully packaged for shipping and arrived in pristine condition. My first meal was chicken Florentine and this cookware performed beautifully. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the smaller capacity and the glass lid. Sometimes I want to check what's going on inside my larger pot, but hesitate to open the lid. This one allows me to cook smaller portions and watch what happens. Can't wait to try baking bread.

This is a great cocotte overall. The size is good, the lid is fine aside from oven use. I have a stainless lid that I use instead if I need to pop it into the oven, isn't as nice as a Staub iron lid but it gets the job done. You can save a ton of money if you are content with the glass lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While a little heavy, I always seems to reach for this pot for all sorts of tasks - from braising to bake bread! It does a great job of retaining hear and looks great sitting on my stove. I wish it was a little bigger for me to do soups and stocks but it seems like that will just be an excuse for me to get a bigger Staub!
