[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that a "divot" formed in the pillow top almost immediately, and remains. Even though it is supposed to be "firm", the pillow top makes it more difficult to move around on and get off of the mattress. Apparently, just lying on it in the store doesn't provide a good feel for the mattress in daily use. In hind-sight, I believe I should not have chosen the pillow top style. Considering the cost, I would rethink the whole process.

Purchased a very expensive estate mattress for second home in Florida. Only have slept on the mattress less than a month! The mattress is defective. Mattress sinks in when lying on it. I am a very petite woman who is older. STEARS & foster will not stand behind their products if you are out of their said warranty period NO EXCEPTIONS! THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE LIES. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY VERY DISHONEST COMPANY

I have a bad back and it was the perfect with me getting a good night's sleep, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that is a little smaller than our last queen but not only do I sleep very good on it, my back does not hurt when I wake up.

I suffer with low back pain, but even after 1 sleep on this matress, I could move better & think clearer because I slept so good! When I read about this mattress having a cooling technology, I really didn't believe it, until I slept on it. I did not get overheated during the night, which was amazing because we leave out thermostat a little warmed than the downstatirs, so it was a win for me! Our first mattress from Stearns and Foster was a queen Cassatt. It was defective. One side had coils sticking poking through the top layers and the pillow top was bunching up. We got a refund and purchased a lux estate queen. It was also defective with almost the same problems as the first. I couldn't be more disappointed and honestly surprised. This brand should be better than this.

The mattress is firm and supportive for your body, but the pillowtop adds a comfy layer so when you climb into bed you are surrounded with comfort. I will say this mattress is very thick and heavy. It's a bit hard to change the sheets because it's so heavy to lift and tuck the sheet under. We are using it on a platform bed so there is no need for a box spring. It has been very comfortable and my lower back thanks me! I do feel the mattress sleeps warmer that our last mattress but it's not a deal breaker. I am haven't noticed any sag yet and I'm hoping it stays that way. All in all it's a nice upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the comfiest mattress I have ever slept on. The pillowtop is as soft as a cloud and cushions and cradles you when you lay on it. I sank right in, but the rest of the mattress is thick and firm enough that I still get the suport I need for my back. I knew I was going to like this mattress, I didn't know it was going to change my sleep as much as it did; snuggles the insomnia away.
