It's taller than other mattresses so my fitted sheet wants to ride up and pop off so I'm constantly readjusting that. That's been an unfortunate problem. I like how supportive it is, yet has a nice soft pillow top. It doesn't have that factory smell which is so nice. Makes me think the materials used are higher quality.

Never have I had the best night sleeps since purchasing this bed. My sister recommended Stearns and Foster and boy was she right. I have fibromyalgia and a bad back and I am telling you this bed has been a life saver. They said it might take awhile to get use to a new bed .. not for me. The very first night in my bed was life changing. I have told everyone I know with pain how this bed has changed my life. I wish I would have known this many years ago. ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 76-year-old male and a 62-year-old female, we have noticed improved comfort while lying on the mattress; sounder sleep. Do to its firm support it is easier to move around on the bed. We do greatly enjoy the new mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mattress and was trying to decided whether to go with the "soft" or "med firm". In the store where I was shopping, the only one with the pillow top was the "soft" and I neglected to ask if the med firm came with a pillow top. After sleeping on my new mattress for a couple of weeks, I think the med firm with a pillow top would have been the perfect mattress for me, but I am sleeping pretty well on this one, even though when turning over, I awaken a bit as I am sunk in a bit more and it makes turning an effort which occasionally awakens me. Not a fault of the mattress, it's just my experience.

After many sleepless nights and lots of stiff mornings, I knew it was time for a change. This is the best thing I could have ever done! This is exactly what I needed for my back and shoulder pain, it's very firm and keeps your posture well positioned. You feel recharged, relaxed and ready to work next day. A good sleep is very important for everyone and this mattress is definitely worth all the money spent on it. You can never go wrong with this mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is comfortable enough, but extremely heavy. It is most difficult to lift while placing a fitted mattress protector and fitted sheet. I wish I would have be appraised of this in the store. It is not practical for anyone with ordinary strength. I noticed the delivery men even had difficulty lifting it to remove the plastic covering. What do you suggest?

This is our 1st Stearns and Foster mattress. We are extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of the mattress. We previously had a "hybrid" mattress and wanted something a bit more sturdy and a bit more firm - we found that with the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Tight-Top Medium. As senior citizens, we wanted something that is firm, but not too firm - this mattress fits the bill! Although a bit pricey, we are hoping the mattress will give us several years of restful sleep.

We are finally able to get the best sleep we've had in years. We look forward to going to bed and "melting" into our new S&F mattress.

Previously I had purchased a mattress that was for side sleepers and thought it was great until I had my hip replaced. With a new hip I found it was like sleeping in a hammock. My new mattress is wonderful, no more hammock feel but a luxuriously firm mattress that allows me to sleep comfortably and longer.
