We had previously bought a more expensive brand from a pet store and our Rottie would take a few bites and spit all over the floor and would eventually eat it. We noticed he was losing weight and decided to change his food to this brand and flavor. He does not spit his food on the floor anymore and has gained weight and looks healthy and his fur is even more shiny and soft.

Appreciate fact that this dog food does not have artificial dyes or chemical preservatives. My dogs really like both the beef and chicken options. Fair price.

I have dogs that eat LID and I’ve been mostly sticking to the fish proteins and afraid to try anything new. When I saw this and saw it was an AMAZING price I had to try it. It’s $57 cheapeR PER BAG and rated 5 stars by Dog Food Advisor. Winner winner!!!!

I bought this food for 2 reasons cost and single protein option with grains for Member’s Mark brand. My French bulldog has always been on a salmon sweet potato diet just due to the breed being known for food allergies. I was switching from Taste of the wild grain free salmon to Members Mark’s equivalent but my vet said if I could find a diet with grains and one protein it would be a healthier heart choice for our dog. So I got the beef and brown rice. I was hesitant as beef can sometimes also be a common protein allergy second to chicken but the Members mark lamb has chicken meal in the ingredients too. I switched my dog a long time ago to something and he almost immediately had allergies itchy everywhere bumps all over body. He’s officially been on this 2 weeks zero itching or bumps. Usually give 6-8 weeks to make sure there’s not an allergy but so far no reactions and I love that it’s affordable. My dog loves it seems to be more anxious to get his meal and gobble it up. In case you’re concerned if there’s gmos..I did call sams club to ask if it was Non gmo but customer service didn’t have a straight forward answer and gave me the distributor’s number to call and ask but I couldn’t get through to anyone. However, that may be the price for buying a cheaper food. Overall, very happy with the food.

I was paying $80 every 2 weeks for limited ingredient dog food for a 22lb bag. Not only do my girls like it and can stomach it just fine its saved me money and its a bigger bag! Great stuff would recommend for picky eaters allergies sensitive stomach colitis grain and chicken allergy d. All the above

We have tried many different "beef" dog foods, however when reading ingredients there is some sort of chicken bi-product. We have one of our Pits that has zero tolerance to chicken in any sort(skin breakouts, itching) and this one has fit the bill on top of minimal ingredients. Try to find something similar and you will be paying x2 the price for this amount. Highly recommend. Thanks and hope this helps

I will start off by saying my dogs really like this food, and that's half the battle. I've also discovered that no matter what it says on the type of food you're getting, they all seem to have chicken in them. Whether it's beef, lamb, salmon, if you read the ingredients, the first or second ingredient is some form of chicken, or chicken byproduct. One of my dogs has a chicken allergy, so I had to find a dog food that didn't have chicken. This one does not, which was great. It's also a good price.

I needed a dog food that wouldn't break the bank and work for my dog with a chicken allergy. He seems to like it but actually eats less of this than the expensive food and has had some much needed weight loss, I think it's more satisfying to him so he doesn't need to eat as much. Will definitely continue to buy as long as the results keep showing the same.

Inconsistent between bags. The first I bought was small kibble and my dogs loved it. The second bag I bought a month later was large kibble and my dogs didn’t want anything to do with it

I like the size of the kibble and the amount per bag, but my dog don't like the beef flavor at all. I wish the dry dog food was comparable to real meat flavors.
